The apartment equipped with all modern amenities is located between sea and Etna in the typical agricultural village of Pedara, famous for its excellent production of grapes, must and chestnuts. It overlooks one side of it.' ETNA, on the other hand on the sea and the natural park of Mount Troina with its naturalistic and wildlife riches. Being in the center, there are shops, restaurants... just a short walk away. Upstairs there are 2 other apartments with a total of 5 beds. We can accommodate more families in the building.

You have a full street level apartament 10 minutes walk from S.Alfio square, (starting point for Etna hiking tours), 5 minutes walk from markets, bakery... Excellent for hikers, and whoever wants to discover unknown Sicily. Free wifi available in the flat. Local guides on request for personalized tours on Etna, water trek and more Buses from Catania train station about one an hour Animals always welcome. We love them.

The apartment is in the middle of a small town, the view from the roof terrace overlooks the slope of Etna, but the peak of Etna can only be seen from the nearby main square. Shop, restaurants, cafe nearby. The apartment is more practical than cozy, but the neighborhood, the small town is worth a visit, and of course Etna. Watch your head on the stairs! There is no wifi or signal in the bedroom on the ground floor, so no mobile internet - this can be useful, but it is good to know. We had everything, and the host was kind and available.

Relax on Etna

The location is easy to find. The shower is top. Immediately hot water and also pleasant. I would definitely provide snacks and food when I arrive the evening. There is a Lidl 15 min. drive from the place but it can be busy. The communication with her aunt is a bit difficult because she doesn't understand or speak English well. Veronica is available for questions and you can ask her anything by text. She herself was not present when we arrived.
