Active since May 2022 and now managed directly by the owner, it is located on the third floor without a lift. It consists of 2 double bedrooms (one with bed + sofa bed), 2 bathrooms, large kitchen, small terrace and laundry. From the balcony you can admire the beauty of the Etna volcano.

The apartment, equipped with all modern comforts, is located next to the majestic Basilicata Santa Caterina, between the sea and Etna in the typical agricultural village of Pedara, famous for its excellent production of grapes, must and chestnuts. It overlooks Etna on one side and the natural park of Monte Troina with its natural and wildlife riches on the other. Next to it, on the same floor, is another apartment with 3 beds. On the second floor, an apartment with 5 beds.

Forte Santa Barbara is an elegant 90 m² apartment on the first floor with a semi-independent entrance, in a renovated historic building in the heart of Catania. Original floors, vaulted ceilings, two terraces and a spectacular double shower offer charm and comfort.
