SAUNA : Espace privatisé sur réservation 25 euros pour 2 personnes. à 5 min. de la Roche Bernard, petit port touristique. Plages à 20 min. proche de la Brière, le golf du Morbihan, la côte de jade. Rénové de façon originale.

Situation idéale à 10-15 min à pied du centre-ville de Vannes et à 6 kms des plages du Golfe du Morbihan. Maison chaleureuse de 90 m², grande terrasse sur jardin arboré de 300 m² et poêle dans le salon. 4 Chambres, 2 salles de bain - lave-linge / sèchelinge - TV - machine à café a grain. RDC : cuisine, 1 chambre, SDB et salon - 1er etage : 3 chambres et SDB. C'est un "vrai airbnb", c'est notre résidence principale. Le Gite de l'Herbassier fait parti d'un ensemble de deux gîtes mitoyen dans un environnement calme à 2km du bourg d'Elven (toutes commodités), à 20 min de Vannes et du Golf du Morbihan. 30 min des plages de Damgan et de la presqu'île de Rhuys et 35 min des plages de Carnac. Proche du château de Trédion, de cités médiévales comme: Rochefort-en-Terre, Malestroit. 40min de la forêt de Brocéliande. Le gite est à 3km de la bretelle d'autoroute ce qui permet de découvrir facilement le Morbihan.
