Guesthouse 28 sqm outside Trelleborg

Just outside Trelleborg, we rent out our guest house of 25 sqm + loft. About 7 minutes by car to the nearest beach and grocery store. 6 km to Trelleborg city center. Close to nature, cozy, quiet environment. The loft has a double mattress and a single. There is an extra mattress and sofa. Equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer and oven/stove. Coffee and tea makers are available. Fully equipped bathroom with shower. The guest house is located further down the residential house's property and parking is available for guests.

Renovated basement in old house

We welcome guests to the renovated basement level which is about 60 m2, in our old villa from 1929. There is underfloor heating, fireplace, TV, shower, sauna, bathtub, Nespresso, microwave, WiFi and private entrance through carport and workshop. Note: No kitchen. In the bedroom, there is a 160 cm bed and in the TV room a sofa bed (140 cm) You are welcome to be in the garden which has a patio in the corner. Because it is stairs down, it is not handicap accessible. There is free street parking but date parking.

Embrace simple seaside life—read, write, draw, swim or walk. Watch rabbits, squirrels, birds, and deer wander by. This is a house to relax in. Close to popular eatery Pärlan.

Treat yourself to a break in a picturesque place! The property features a guest house with 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a gym, and an indoor pool with a hot tub. Right next to it is a separate cottage with an extra bedroom and bathroom. There is also a terrace, a gazebo with a fire pit, a pond and a beautiful garden. It's the perfect place to relax close to nature, just 2.2 kilometers from the sea.

Located on Östra Stranden with the beach right next door and beautiful walking paths with sea, beach, nature reserve and older charming coastal settlement. Östra Torp's old school has half-meter-thick walls and deep window niches that give an extra cozy feeling. The apartment has its own entrance and is located on the ground floor with a view and small patio. The rental part is separated from the rest of the property and with a newly renovated shower / toilet.
