Villa in Höllviken with saltwater pool and pool house. 12km from Falsterbo Horse show. Large secluded garden, cozy back with gas grill, pergola, pool and a large wooden deck. 2km to Topengallerian (grocery store, cinema, shopping etc). 100 meters to Entre Höllviken (there are freshly baked buns every morning). 2.5 km to Kämpingestranden with bicycle. We live next door to Sandeplanskolan which is closed in summer. But you can still use the basketball court, the skate park, etc. that is open to the public.

Pool 6*3 meters with associated lounge furniture and sauna available to be enjoyed. For families with children there is a lot to use as high chairs, sandbox, trampoline, toys etc.

The kitchen is fully equipped, airconditioning both upstairs and downstairs for hot summer nights and 2 pools in the big garden. The small pool holds 38 degrees and up to 8 people. The big pool is 8*4m and holds around 28 degrees. One of Sweden's most beautiful beaches is only 10 minutes away, Copenhagen 40 minutes and Malmö 20 minutes.

Newly built in 2023 with heated large pool, large living areas both outside and inside, 15 minutes from central Malmö and 10 minutes to the beach(Skanör and Klagshamn). 12 minutes by bus / car to Malmö Hyllie Free parking for 4 cars. 3 electric bikes of which two box bikes are available to hire. Playground within a stone's throw and plenty of beautiful nature to explore around.
