Villa Lyckebo

Villa Lyckebo overlooks the sea, completely surrounded by cornfields. We are located outside Kämpinge (Höllviken) and only 20 minutes from Malmö. We offer proximity to Skanör with Falsterbo and the entire Söderslätt. We offer 2 nicely renovated double rooms on the ground floor of the villa. In addition to the 2 very tastefully decorated rooms, there is a "lounge", a "sparoom" and toilet. Private entrance and completely separate from the rest of the house. The basement floor has been renovated and is heated. However, there is no daylight.

We welcome guests to the renovated basement floor, which is about 60 m2, in our old villa from 1929. There is underfloor heating, fireplace, TV, shower, sauna, bathtub, Nespresso, microwave, Wi-Fi and private entrance through carport and workshop. Note: No kitchen. In the bedroom, there is a 160 cm bed and in the TV room, a sofa bed (140 cm) You are welcome to be in the garden, which has a patio in the corner. Because there are stairs down, it is not wheelchair accessible. There is free parking on the street but date parking.

Modern guest apartment on the countryside

We welcome you to live on this soon to be 200 year old farm. Renovated in 2018. This 2 bedroom apartment offers a cosy getaway with a perfect view of the typical southern landscape. The apartment is located in a separate building next to the farmhouse and you park just outside the door. The apartment is fully equipped, about 65 square meters with a big associated terrace. Enjoy the countryside, and just 15-20 minutes away many beautiful beaches like Skanör-Falsterbo, Ljunghusen, Kämpinge.

Gästhus för två personer i familjevänligt område. Intill sovrum en toalett, litet handfat och dusch. Från sovrum, genom en smal korridor (ej för rullstolar), in till köksdelen där det finns en liten matplats med kökssoffa. Kök med vask (vatten), mikrovågsugn, kyl och fristående stekplatta. Utanför sovrummet en pergola med sittgrupp/matplats. Utanför gästhus ett stort grönområde med fotbollsmål. 500 meter till havet med sandstrand. 600 meter till Gislövs hamn med Stetti café & bistro.

Including TV and Wifi Access to the entire garden. Walking distance to coast and swimming, fishing village, shops (150 m), Snygehuk. Gästhus 28kvm utanför Trelleborg

Strax utanför Trelleborg hyr vi ut vårt gästhus på 25kvm + loft. Ca 7 minuter med bil till närmsta strand och matbutik. 6km till Trelleborg centrum. Naturnära, mysig lugn miljö. Loftet har en dubbelmadrass och en singel. Finns extra madrass och soffa. Utrustat kök med kyl, frys och ugn/spis. Kaffe och tekokare finns tillgängligt. Fullt utrustat badrum med dusch. Gästhuset ligger längre ner på boningshusets tomt och det finns parkering tillgänglig för gäster.

Välkomna till vårt gästhus på Sveriges sydligaste udde! En kort promenad från charmiga fiskebyn Smygehamn ligger detta lilla hus vid kustvägen med stor grön trädgård och närhet till både hav och vackra landskap. Med sydkusten som sträcker sig i båda riktningar kan man enkelt ta sig till Malmö/Köpenhamn eller till Ystad och Österlens alla smultronställen med bil eller buss. Huset ligger ca 300 meter från havet. Ta ett besök dit och njut av havsbrisen!
