Welcome to Lilla Huset! In this unique and quiet guest house, you have everything you need for a vacation or just a bed for the night. Here, there is peace and quiet in the countryside, but it is a short distance to nice beaches, Malmö and Copenhagen. It's only 10 minutes to the ferry in Trelleborg. 2 guests sleep comfortably in the double bed, but we can make up extra mattresses for up to 4. Note: The upper floor is a sleeping loft with a rather narrow and steep staircase up. Private patio and shared garden with the host. Welcome❤️

Guesthouse 28 sqm outside Trelleborg

Just outside Trelleborg, we rent out our guest house of 25 sqm + loft. About 7 minutes by car to the nearest beach and grocery store. 6 km to Trelleborg city center. Close to nature, cozy, quiet environment. The loft has a double mattress and a single. There is an extra mattress and sofa. Equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer and oven/stove. Coffee and tea makers are available. Fully equipped bathroom with shower. The guest house is located further down the residential house's property and parking is available for guests.

Renovated basement in old house

We welcome guests to the renovated basement level which is about 60 m2, in our old villa from 1929. There is underfloor heating, fireplace, TV, shower, sauna, bathtub, Nespresso, microwave, WiFi and private entrance through carport and workshop. Note: No kitchen. In the bedroom, there is a 160 cm bed and in the TV room a sofa bed (140 cm) You are welcome to be in the garden which has a patio in the corner. Because it is stairs down, it is not handicap accessible. There is free street parking but date parking.

Our guest house is completely renovated in 2020 and you have the entire house to yourselves. Located on Östra Stranden with the beach right next door and beautiful walking paths with sea, beach, nature reserve and older charming coastal settlement. Pied-à-terre nearby the sea in Smygehamn

Östra Torp's old school has half-meter-thick walls and deep window niches that give an extra cozy feeling. The apartment has its own entrance and is located on the ground floor with a view and small patio. The rental part is separated from the rest of the property and with a newly renovated shower / toilet.
