Excellent stay at Chantal and Marcel's in a peaceful and rejuvenating environment. The welcome was warm and the hosts were very discreet throughout the stay. The house is very comfortable and well-equipped. The very spacious and shaded garden allows direct and secure access to the Dordogne River even with young children. Thanks again!! Céline and Romain

Beautiful home. Beautiful location. 4 big bedrooms

Rosie and her family did an amzing job at renovating this beautiful house. The view is stunning, the surroundings very calm yet close enough to all attractions and some very nice restaurants. We had a wonderful stay and would love to come back.

We had a wonderful stay! Laurent and Emilie have created a lovely home away from home in a peaceful setting, surrounded by beautiful gardens and nature. They were super responsive and helpful whenever we had questions or needed information. It was an easy walk or bike ride to Montignac. The barn was well equipped and very cozy. It was all just super!!

Sonia’s listing doesn’t do this place any justice. This is an idyllic place and set up. The gites are well equipped and comfortable. The place is peaceful, under the shaded canopy of the trees with a big open space for the kids (or grown ups) to play. The location is remote but a short drive to Trémolat and the Dordogne river with planted of attractions nearby (caves, gardens, chateaus etc). Sonia was welcoming and friendly. She provided all bedding and towels which is not always expected in France. We sadly couldn’t stay long but will be back for a full week to restore in future!!

Large villa cottage Périgord noir Trémolat

A fabulous place from which to visit all of the wonderful sights in the Périgord region. Trémolat is charming village on the Dordogne. Bakery and restaurants are just around the corner. The pool has soft water which is perfect for swimming. The garden is lovely. The spacious interior is cool even in the Summer heat because of the thick stone walls. It’s very comfortable. The kitchen is also fabulous. And the hosts are charming and take care of everything for you. Highly recommend!

Le Nid - La Jolie Vie

It is rare that a place is more beautiful than the photos on the listing suggest, but this was the case with Le Petit Nid. The surroundings are stunning and very peaceful and the gite itself is really well designed and full of thoughtful touches. Dinner on the night of our arrival was a delicious surprise.
