The small apartment of about 35 m² in the beautiful pilgrimage town of Kleinenberg (Paderborn district) is barrier-free, with a shower room and small kitchen. The garden with playground equipment (table tennis, swing, trampoline...) is available for our holiday guests. Here between the Egge Mountains and Teutoburg Forest, there are many beautiful hiking and cycling trails. The swimming pool is 7 km away. Paderborn is 20 minutes away and Kassel is 40 minutes away by car. An express bus runs several times a day to Warburg and Paderborn.

Our guest apartment is lovingly decorated, is located on the mezzanine floor of an old building and is about 50 square meters. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a cozy sitting area. The bedroom has a 160 x 200 double bed. In the living room there is a 90 x 190 bed next to the sofa. In the courtyard there are some cozy seating areas. The historic city center, supermarket and train station are within walking distance. In the courtyard there is a parking space available for your car.

We offer a quietly situated apartment in Vellmar near Kassel. The approximately 45 square meter non-smoking apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of 1 bedroom with box spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and 1 living room with integrated kitchen and pull-out sofa bed (1.40 x 2.00 m). The bathroom is in the middle of the apartment. The center of Kassel is 5 km away. The Regiotram and tram stop are within walking distance and you are at Kassel main station (RT) in 8 minutes.

Our apartment is minimalist, clear and charmingly decorated. Kassel-Kirchditmold district. All hotspots (UNESCO World Heritage Site Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe, Anthroposophical Center, Congress Palace Stadthalle, etc.) are easily accessible. The ICE train station can be reached on foot in 15 minutes. The kitchen is not integrated in the apartment, but there is an option to make tea or coffee. A small refrigerator (non-alcoholic beer and mineral water at your disposal!) is available.

The apartment of about 31 square meters consists of a living and sleeping room with sofa bed, a smaller work and sleeping room with a single bed, a bathroom (shower and toilet) and direct access to a pretty garden terrace.

The small apartment (34 m²) can be booked for 2 to 4 people and has a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. A large garden with seating areas and lawn can also be used. Smaller pets are allowed. My place is right in the center of the historic old town of Höxter. Restaurants and pubs as well as all shopping are within walking distance. Corvey Castle, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is only about 3 km away. Höxter is located on the R1 bike path, only about 500 meters from the apartment. Towards Godelheim after about 1.5 km is the recreational lake with swimming and sports facilities, which is very popular in good weather.
