Chill-Out-Area mit zwei Terrassen mit herrlicher Aussicht. Alleinige Hausnutzung. Lage: ruhig, 2 Parkplätze, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im nahen Hermagor, Wanderwege vor dem Haus oder auf den umliegenden Almen, Presseggersee oder die Talstation Nassfeld in 10 Minuten und der Weißensee in 20 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar.

Zur alleinigen Nutzung bieten wir unsere rund 200 Jahre alte, kernsanierte Hütte an. Hier trifft alpine Gemütlichkeit auf Moderne. Ob Sommer oder Winter, diese stilvolle Hütte bietet auf rund 50 Quadratmetern die perfekte Unterkunft für vier Personen. Sie befindet sich in sonniger Hanglage. Dieses urige Refugium liegt unweit der Mölltaler Gletscherbahn und vieler Ausflugsziele zum Wandern, Klettern, Ski/Wanderski, Kanufahren und vielem mehr. Dista circa 20 minuti dalle bellissime piste da sci del Monte Zoncolan, e dal lago di Cavazzo, Se siete interessati ai bagni e alle cure termali in 10 minuti raggiungerete la località di Arta Terme. Specialmente adatto ai ciclisti perché non lontano dalla ciclovia Alpe Adria e dal Monte Zoncolan

Tra Sutrio e Ravascletto, la prima casa dell'omonima borgata ospita l'app. Prepaulin. A pochi minuti dal comprensorio sciistico "Zoncolan" e dalle Terme di Arta, comodo punto di partenza per escursioni in alta montagna e per semplici camminate, a circa 30 minuti dal confine con l'Austria (passo Monte Croce Carnico).
