You can park in front of the garage of the house. A terrace and a small garden are also available. This place is ideal if you want peace and quiet in a preserved environment. Bike & walking trails are numerous in the area. The Chateaubriant/Guipry Messac greenway is 5 km from the house.

The listed price is for one bed (for the sofa bed with sheets, a surcharge will be requested). The accommodation is a fully open space, it is not suitable for colleagues.

Maison situé dans un petit hameau en campagne à 30min de Rennes et à 20min en voiture de la première station de métro. L’appartement comporte une chambre avec un lit double et 1 lit une place dans le séjour. Une cuisine entièrement équipée ainsi qu’une salle de bain avec douche.

Relax at this unique and tranquil place. My furnished micro-lodge is very small (10 m2 on the ground) but comfortable. For up to 2 people, you will sleep in a Kingsize bed in a mezzanine room by climbing a sliding ladder. You will be dried by the charm of the quiet place. Outside, a parking lot just in front of the house and in our property, a terrace out of sight for a barbecue, why not? You're coming and you're all set!
