Very nice appartement for a city where appartement are usually very small. If you looking to tour and rest, it's one of the place. Spacious, very Italian, great vibe. All beddings, showers, kitchen were great. Despite the traffic, the appartement is very quiet and very large. Coming with two couple or even three you will have plenty of space. We were a party of 3 and it was really big for us, everyone had their own space. Pietro was very helpful and helped us feel welcome in Rome! Thank you!

Lovely hosts, accommodating and helpful. Responsive and kind, took good care of me and my family. The flat is in a great location, you can’t beat it. The flat is small but has everything you need, and it’s been recently renovated, charming. Would go back to spend more days in this fantastic area.

Lovely apartment in a clean, safe neighborhood. Close to the Vatican and a short distance to a metro station and the A line. Air conditioning worked perfectly. Bed is super comfortable. Bonus washer with dryer. I would stay here again.

Wow, we had a WONDERFUL time, the apartment is beautiful and spacious (for Rome). Perfect location for easy access to shopping, taxi stands, local sites. Stefano was a perfect host. He accommodated our early check in request, was proactive, and checked in on us during our stay to see if we needed anything. He also arranged an airport pick up and drop off for us. I've stayed at many AirBnBs but this one was one of the best. I highly recommend it. Thank you Stefano!

Absolutely loved the location, close enough to walk everywhere but out of the main hustle & bustle. Restaurants & best little Jewish bakery on the street right outside. Having own kitchen meant we didn’t have to eat out every night which was good as we were exhausted after some big days exploring. David was a great communicator and also provided information for restaurants when asked & checked in a few times to make sure everything was ok. Would definitely stay here again. Great location, can walk to everything in Rome. Very clean and private, I will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Rome. Host was very responsive and gave excellent recommendations on local restaurants and bars.

Consuelo was very welcoming and immediately made me feel at home. She took the time to show me around the apartment and offered to make me reservations for dinner. The apartment was very comfortable and the record collection is killer! Will definitely book again next time I'm in Nepi.

Beautiful place in a lovely peaceful part of Rome. Amazing garden. Paolo and Claudio were great hosts too.

Daniela was a brillant host who was very friendly and first to respond to queries! She greeted me at check in which was very kind and gave me advice! Location of apartment is excellent taking only about 20 minutes to get to center! Metro only about 10 minutes walk - would definitely recommend!

Emanuel's place is located in very peaceful area, away from the noise but close to the beach and everything you will need.

Calcata alone is worth the trip. Christian's spa is an oasis of relaxation. We spent our honeymoon there and were incredibly surprised, despite the photos, how beautiful this accommodation is. We highly recommend.

This is great if you have your own transportation. I did not 😩. I rented a car for a couple of days and it was fine then, but the public transportation is unreliable in the secluded location. (no fault to Gianluca) We felt very welcomed and accommodated during our stay. Would highly recommend for those looking for a quiet place away from the city.

Stylish and cozy home. ACs in every room. Skylights also makes this place perfect. Perfect neighbourhood to walk around and take in the beauty that Rome has to offer. Many restaurants to choose from. Flaviana was amazing to communicate for our arrival and make suggestions on her personal favorite list of cafés, groceries and restaurants.

Armanda is an amazing host. Her house is just gorgeous. The location is central and close to everything. Armanda is a wonderful person. And her house is super clean and so organized. She was always responsive. She was there to welcome us and she came before we left to wish us a safe trip. I honestly have no words to describe how great Armanda is as a person and how wonderful her house is. We can't wait to come back again.

Alice’s place is exactly what you see in the pictures . Great location , walking distance to Pantheon , Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona . Many great places to eat . A few meters walk to a Carrefour Express and Pharmacy . The place is clean and the attention for checking inn was great ! Plus it has a lift ! ( unusual for old buildings)

Alessandro and Maya provided clear check in instructions and were very responsive to our questions. Their place is very bright, clean, and exactly as pictured. The apartment is in a secure gated building with a beautifully landscaped walkway from the street. The kitchen had everything we needed and we enjoyed being able to have a cup of tea when we returned from exploring. Because the bedroom is upstairs, it was really nice having a half bath on the 1st floor. Although the neighborhood is not in the heart of the action, it felt safe and is walkable to restaurants, a grocery store, and pharmacy and convenient to get around by taxi or Uber. Despite some reviewers comments about the nearby zoo, we slept soundly and were never bothered by animal noises.

Fantastic place and host. Very comfortable and 8 minute walk to the Colosseum and 20 minute taxi ride to Vatican City. Many great food options and shops right outside the door. Host was helpful and responsive.

What a great welcome! We were still late, arrived at more than 10pm , and Catharine still took all the necessary time to show us around the apartment, guide us for our stay, give us a large amount of information for our trips . This was by far the best apartment we stayed in during our 2 week vacation in Italy and France. The apartment is HUGE... the photos don't actually show how much space you'll have in this amazing oasis in Rome! Air Conditioning worked well which was highly needed in the 95 degree heat in June. Kitchen is well equipped and we cooked several meals there. Location is also amazing. Short walk from the main train station where the high-speed trains stop. Also close to the metro (5 min walk) that we took to get to the Vatican and to other areas of Rome. Slightly longer but easy 12-15 min walk to the Colosseum. Tons of restaurants in the area and two grocery stores (one in each direction). Washer/Dryer were needed as we were nearing the end of the trip. Both worked well! Finally, the finishes throughout the apartment were really top notch. Well equipped bathrooms and the lighting design is really nice! Very stylish. Overall served our family of four well and we'd recommend

Giordano’s place was clean and very well appointed. Check in was a breeze! We very much enjoyed our stay here. It was not too far from the Colosseum, but the trip to the Vatican City was quite a far walk. I would suggest taking the metro line if you are going up that way. Overall, loved our stay!
