It was home to our grandparents and our grandparents… including the old mom Carla (nona Carla), who got her name from the villa. It is located in the authentic Istrian village of Gažon which is situated on a hilltop above the coastal towns of Koper and Izola. It has only a few tourist capacities, so it remains still a normal living village. The village is surrounded by vineyards and olive orchards.

Kindly invited to our pleasant family house with four different size apartments. The apartment "Lavanda" is adjusted for a wheelchair. Each apartment has its own entrance and a covered terrace with a table and chairs. There is a wide variety of herbs and spices available to guests in our garden. In front of the house there is a free parking lot. It is also possible to store bikes or motor bikes, and to use a washing machine and a tumble dryer (extra charge).
