The apartment is 100 square meters, 1 bedroom, a large kitchen-living room with open living room and an idyllic 15 sqm terrace. In 15 minutes you are at Klopeinersee, the warmest swimming lake in Austria. In 20 minutes at Lake Wörthersee, landmark Klagenfurt.

Die Bushaltestelle, Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Arzt, Apotheke, Friseur, Fitnessstudio, Kaffeehaus...sind 3 bis 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Ins Zentrum und zum Krankenhaus fährt man 10 Minuten. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und eignet sich sehr für längere Aufenthalte. Der gratis Parkplatz ist vor dem Haus.

We had a lovely few days staying at Robin’s property in Klagenfort. He was very helpful and always responsive. The apartment is clean and spacious, very comfortable for 3 of us to stay for 3 nights. Super friendly, the accommodation was clean and well maintained. Beautiful quiet location and a great terrace. We felt very comfortable as a family. A baby bed was provided. It was a great vacation and we are already thinking about booking again.

We were visiting family in Klagenfurt. We felt comfortable as soon as we entered the apartment. The apartment is newly furnished and offers all the comforts that are needed. It is very clean and comfortable. For us as "country lovers", the quiet location right on the edge of the forest was optimal. We enjoyed the peace and quiet on walks and on the associated balcony. Isabella and her husband were always available to us. They are friendly and attentive hosts. At the reception, the farm's own products were in the refrigerator for us. We think that's a great welcome gesture. We can recommend the stay in this accommodation without restriction.

Excellent and well-equipped apartment with everything you need. Terrace is also suitable for sitting outside in the rain. Nice, helpful and accommodating hosts. Renate always puts nice treats on the terrace table. Great location, with lots of opportunities for things to do in the area or just to laze in the meadow on the lounger. We enjoyed it.

Nice stay, very nice hostess! Apartment cozy and stylishly furnished, apartment also very centrally located. However, the apartment is not barrier-free (there are some stairs up to the bedroom) and the third sleeping place could be a little narrow and/or too short for larger people. But everything worked out for us :) Thank you, we will be happy to come back!
