It has morning sun on the roof terrace with a distant view and a balcony. 1.60 m bed, bathtub, TV, WiFi and kitchenette. Two friendly cats live here too. 15 minutes to the A3 and A45, but right in nature to relax. You can reach a 24-hour shop and restaurant within walking distance, and a 5-minute walk to the bus to Aschaffenburg HBF. I am looking forward to your visit !

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

The apartment in the attic is a new building and has good thermal insulation. The connection to the city center is by various bus lines (free on Saturdays) or a walk of approx. 30 minutes. Shopping (Aldi, Denn's, Edeka, dm, bakeries, butchers, Sparkasse, pharmacy) are within walking distance in a few 100 meters. Extensive discoveries in the field and forest can start after a few minutes walk.

The tiny house/mobile home is located on the outskirts of Trennfeld and offers sleeping accommodations for 4 people. It is located within walking distance of the Main and a beautiful quarry lake with swimming facilities. In addition, excursions to the Spessart or the historic old town of Wertheim, Homburg Castle on the Main, etc. are possible, and there are various hiking opportunities.

Wunderschöne geräumige Ferienwohnung  für die ganze Familie Die 3-Zimmer-Wohnung (für 1 bis 8 Personen) ist im ersten Obergeschoss und hat einen separaten Eingang.  Die Wohnung hat ca. 95 m², mit einer Terrasse mit ca. 45 m² und einem Balkon mit 6 m². Haustiere sind bei uns herzlich willkommen. Für jedes Tier berechnen wir eine einmalige Gebühr von 70 € pro Tier.

On the first floor of our 350-year-old half-timbered house, we offer three bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, tub and toilet as well as a fully equipped kitchen (approx. 100 square meters). The hosts' apartment is upstairs. Wi-Fi, washer and dryer can be used. The courtyard is available for recreation (currently limited by construction work).

The spacious apartment is located in the beautiful wine village of Erlenbach directly below the vineyards and offers a good start for long walks. Both Aschaffenburg and Würzburg can be reached quickly within 30 minutes. Due to the highway connection to the A3 only 10 minutes away, the apartment is very suitable for travelers.
