Enjoy a stylish experience in the beautiful Laax-Dorf. The newly renovated, modern holiday apartment is located on the south side of Laax Dorf. You can easily reach the supermarket, bakery, butcher, and coffee shops on foot. There is a bus stop directly in front of the house, and the connection to the Laax ski area is regular and convenient with an 8-minute trip. With bikes, you can either ride along the lake or use the bus. The idyllic Laaxer Lake is reachable by foot in a couple of minutes.

The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths right behind the house as well as two good restaurants.
