An perfekter Lage erwartet Dich ein kleines, neu renoviertes und liebevoll eingerichtetes Studio mit Doppelbett, kleiner Küche und eigenem Bad. Ebenso steht dir der Wintergarten, wie auch der Garten und der Grill zur Verfügung. Das Studio hat einen eigenen Eingang und liegt mitten im historischen Zentrum von Walenstadt. Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fussläufig erreichbar. Zum Bahnhof sind es 650 m, 950 m bis zum See und 5,4 km bis zum nächsten Skilift (Luftseilbahn Unterterzen-Flumserberg).

The apartment (studio/loft) is located in an apartment building with 5 residential units. The apartment has an outdoor parking space. In a five-minute walk you can reach public transport (bus). In a 10-minute walk you can reach the swimming beach on Lake Walen. Five minutes away by car is the gondola lift to the ski, hiking and biking area of Flumserberg / Prodkamm. The Walensee/Sarganserland vacation region offers countless opportunities to be active, but also for rest and relaxation.

The modern 4.5-room apartment in the Walensee Resort with 100 square meters and 2 spacious balconies is located directly on Lake Walensee and is only 300 meters from the Flumserberg ski lift. The apartment has 3 bedrooms including a workstation for home office (monitor with USB-C & HDMI connections and cable/keyboard/mouse), 1 bathroom with bathtub and toilet, a separate shower, 1 guest toilet, and a cozily furnished living/dining room with 2 sofa beds, fireplace and an open kitchen.

Small but nice. 2 rooms - with private indoor pool

The indoor pool is closed from March to December 26 due to renovation. Our beautiful 2 room WHG in Laax is centrally located and leaves nothing to be desired. It has a modern kitchen incl. Dishwasher and balcony. Lake Laaxer can be reached within a 5-minute walk. 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 pull-out sofa in the living room are available. Thus, the apartment is suitable for 4 persons. During your stay, you may use the indoor swimming pool, which is located in the building.

Apartment Frauenschuh in the Lenzerheide region

The renovated 3.5-room holiday apartment is located on the quiet outskirts of Churwalden, a charming village that serves as the gateway to the Arosa-Lenzerheide ski area. The village center, with shops, restaurants, a swimming pool, an ice rink, and cable cars, is a maximum of 10 minutes on foot. The return journey from the ski area to the house is possible with skis, or alternatively, the bus can be used. The Furnerschhus bus stop is located about 100 meters from the apartment.

The perfect place for a little break from everyday life. The 2-storey penthouse on 130m2 scores with a unique location. Right next to the apartment complex is a restaurant. If you want to enjoy the sun, you can only go to the door and are directly at the lake. Or maybe it draws you into the mountains, then onto the slopes, the gondola lift is a 300 metre walk away. By the way, you can arrive by train without any problems and are at the penthouse in 250 meters.

Very nice large two bedroom apartment. Lovely location for skiing in winter or swimming in the lake in summer. The apartment is 5 minutes walk from the ski lift. The apartment has beautiful views of the lake, harbor and mountains. All in all, a unique place in the park and in Switzerland! Linen and towels are included! Cot and chair are provided.
