The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. The large house easily accommodates large groups with ample dining and sleeping arrangements. There are two bathrooms and a sauna. two balconies and living and dining areas. The ski storage on the ground floor and washing facilities make this accommodation a very practical choice for large groups or several families. Trin is an excellent location close to the ski resort and in summer to begin hiking and exploring the area.

Panorama House in Laax

Newly renovated house right on the edge of the forest, in a beautiful location in Laax. The house offers 3 bedrooms for 2-5 (max. 6) people, a modern kitchen and a living room with fantastic views of the Grisons mountains. The sports bus is only 20 meters from the house and in 7 minutes you can reach the Laax Murschetg valley station - starting point for ski adventures, bike tours or hikes. The house has 2 sun terraces and a balcony so you can enjoy the morning sun and sunset.

Vacation home in the countryside

The unique, south-facing 4.5-room vacation home is located on an alpine pasture, 820 m above sea level, not far from the villages of Sagogn, Flims and Laax. Due to its unique and secluded location, you can enjoy absolute peace, relaxation and pure nature here. In the early morning hours you can watch chamois, deer and other wild animals from the property. Directly below the house (about 200 m), the Rhine flows through the imposing Rhine Gorge. The golf course is also not far.

Caflisch (Trin Mulin), 6.5 room chalet

The exceptional wooden house is located in the middle of the beautiful village of Trin Mulin. It offers 120qm of space and attracts with the ideal starting point for the surrounding biking and hiking or skiing and cross-country skiing paradise. The house was built in 2007 and has a beautiful garden where you can enjoy a barbecue in summer. The house has a parking space for up to 3 cars. With 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, as well as a large open kitchen with a cosy living room.

Idyllically located house in beautiful Muotathal

We rent a cozy house with a large terrace in the rustic Muotathal. All infrastructure is available. Very family-friendly (no traffic) located in the agricultural zone, yet within five minutes of the village center with shopping and public transport. Ideal for families and sports enthusiasts, in winter ski tours, sledding with huskies and skiing in the nearby ski resort of Stoos. Cross-country and snowshoe trails right by the house. In summer, it is a hiking paradise.

Chalet Balu

The cozy chalet is perfect for families with children or just to enjoy the peace and quiet as a couple. In the chalet there is a double bed and in the attic a mass of mattresses. You have a gigantic view of the Ruinaulta, the Flimserstein, Calanda and many different excursion opportunities. Very special in Chalet Balu is the wellness oasis with sauna. If you feel like barbecuing, you can buy our own organic beef products and other regional products.

The idyllic house is very quietly located in the ski and hiking area of Flumserberg. The kitchen as well as the living and sleeping areas are very well equipped and bed linens (but no terry or bath towels) are provided. Since it is an older house, the room heights throughout the house are relatively low. In summer, the spacious garden with terrace and fireplace can be used. Good starting point for hikes and ski days

Looking for a quiet vacation home close to great ski resorts and a unique natural panorama? The vacation home is only 10 minutes by car from Flims/Laax or 20 minutes from Obersaxen Mundaun. The region offers many other great activities in close proximity. The cozy atmosphere is guaranteed not to fall short, thanks to the fireplace, natural panorama and the rushing stream right behind the house. Dogs are welcome.
