The place has a fantastic view of Gjessøya, Mærdø, Havsøysund and Galtesund. In the evening one can see the light from the Torungen guy from the bed. There is a private jetty with a swimming ladder and plenty of space for many boats. The boathouse is well equipped, with rowboat, two kayaks, fishing equipment, life jackets etc. Pioneers 14 with 20 hp (2019 model) can be rented together with the cabin if desired.

The cabin has a lovely sea view, sun until it sets and you hear the sea hitting the swamps. The cabin is easily cared for and well equipped. The cabin is located on the inside of the archipelago Tromling with Raet National Park as the closest neighbor. At Tromlings there are lovely sandy beaches and nice to hike. Hytta is a great place to be with nature all the way into the living room.

Fra Kolbjørnsvik går det ferge til sentrum flere ganger i timen frem til kl 24 alle dager unntatt søndager og helligdager. Nabolaget svært idyllisk og nærområdene byr på mange flotte turopplevelser. Badestrender finnes innenfor 3km avstand. Bading kan også foregå fra egen brygge i hagen. Det er parkering for en bil på plassen utenfor huset. 15 fots jolle med 25 hk motor kan leies .

Here there is the possibility of recreation for the whole family. There are several beaches on this small island and nice hiking trails. We have two sturdy kaijaks and a canoe that you can borrow to catch a small paddle ride. About 50 meters from the house it is possible to take a dip and a jump from the diving board. Or for the little ones, the beach is 100m away from a favorite spot. Possibility for the kids to jump on the trampoline. We offer free access to electric car charger

Enjoy three lovely outdoor areas and a fully stocked kitchen. The property lies just a few meters from the sea, with public swimming area Gustavs Point just below and a lovely southern view towards the historic Stangholmen Lighthouse. Professionally cleaned. The cabin is located in a new and family friendly cabin field about 10 minutes car or boat ride away from Risør city center. There is a car road all the way to the cabin and parking space for four cars on the premises. Nice hiking areas nearby, e.g. coastal hiking trail into Risør city center and hiking trail to Fransåsen.
