Two large bedrooms and newly renovated bathroom with washing machine and dryer on the 2nd floor. Children's bed is available + extra mattresses for more guests. The house is from 2001,architect designed and cladding. It is completely undisturbed, it is 200 meters to the nearest neighbor and borders Raet National Park on Tromøya. Several beaches 5-10 min by car. It is 150 meters to the boat and swimming area from the house. The house is 5 min from the nearest shop and under 20 minutes from Arendal. (by car) There are 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 8 sleeping places(3 with double beds and one with 2 single beds). There is a kitchen garden and greenhouse that need to be watered, but it can also be harvested.

Here you can enjoy the stillness and tranquility and the wonderful views. There are no neighbors. It is a 500m walk to the sea. Possibilities for renting a rowboat. Great hiking areas.

Welcome to "The Pearl by the Point"! This charming home from 1880 is beautifully situated on the outermost row of Tangen, known for its historic white-painted wooden houses and narrow passageways. Enjoy three lovely outdoor areas and a fully stocked kitchen. The property lies just a few meters from the sea, with public swimming area Gustavs Point just below and a lovely southern view towards the historic Stangholmen Lighthouse. Professionally cleaned. Towels and linens included.

Vi leier ut vårt sørlandshus i idylliske og hisoriske Kolbjørnsvik. Pitoresk sørlandsidyll med flott utsikt mot Galtesund og Arendal. To minutters gange til ferjekaien, hvor den sjarmerende passasjerfergen "Kolbjørn" tar deg til/fra Arendal sentrum på få minutter flere ganger i timen. Fine bademuligheter i nærheten og kort vei til perler som Mærdø, Hove, Nidelva mm. Sjarmerende og skjermet terasse og hage med sol fra morgen til kveld. Perfekt for hygge på sene sommerkvelder.

Huset ligger helt i enden av bilvei, så det er ikke trafikk på området. 70 meter til strand og brygge med båt som er inkludert i leien. Ny båt Pioner 14 med 9.9 Yamaha med elektrisk start og Garmin kartplotter. Langgrunn strand som passer fint for de små. Stor gressplen med trampoline ved stranden. Sup-brett og kajakker kan man låne. Med båt er man i Norges fineste skjærgård med mange små holmer og øyer som er tilgjengelige for alle. Badstue tilgjengelig for leietakere.

Only 5 min to go to shopping center with pharmacy, grocery, cafe, etc.

Welcome to the vineyard on Tromøy - Myra Gård! Right in front of the house, 3150 vines are planted in 2024, and guests can experience the vines in the different stages throughout the year. A lovely property located right by Raet National Park on Tromøy. Here you can enjoy peace and quiet in beautiful nature, the house is located just 200 meters from the entrance gate of Raet National Park at Spornes.
