(One can walk through the tunnel by the train station, across Bendikskleiv, or around down by the water). There is also a bus about every half hour just up the hill here. Private parking space belonging to the apartment. 2 bedrooms - Measurement on the beds: (180x200 - Medium/Fixed), and 140x200). Private laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Large plating with a possibility of grilling. Note: There are stairs down to the apartment.

Modern and pleasantly decorated apartment in quiet surroundings. Rich and varied hiking area with many bathing facilities. Walking distance to shop, child-friendly outdoor area and good public connection to the city center and the zoo. Do my best to make the apartment as child-friendly as possible in relation to high chair and the possibility of some activities inside. If you want bed linen and towels, this costs NOK 100 per person in addition. Laundry is available on certain dates, for a surcharge of NOK 600.

Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.
