Boligen er sør-vestvendt og totalt 180 m2. Den har en moderne, lys og koselig, skandinavisk stil. Herfra kan du nyte storslagen utsikt til fantastiske fjell og sjø, samt oppleve det spektakulære lyset vi har i nord, året rundt. Kort avstand til vakre Prestvannet lysløypa (hiking og akebakke), bysentrum og flyplass.

Boligen er i naturskjønne omgivelser, slik at naturopplevelser som nordlys, fjellturer eller bare en rolig kveld rundt bålpanna på terrassen kan nytes. Den består av et soverom (seng 140x200), bad med dusj og vaskemaskin, enkelt kjøkken og en liten stue med tv, sofa og spiseplass. Passer godt til 1-2 personer. Det er gode bussforbindelser i umiddelbar nærhet.

Buss (nr 24) går rett utenfor huset og det tar ca 10 minutter til sentrum. Om du foretrekker å gå tar det ca 30 minutt. Hybelen er nyoppusset, og inneholder eget bad og kombinert stue/sovealkove. Det har ikke fult kjøkken. Som våre gjester er dere velkommen til å bruke hagen sammen med oss. Flott sted å se nordlyset fra!
