Beautiful house located in the heart of Bymarka. High standard. Fantastic rural location, but you drive to Trondheim city center in 15 minutes. You need a car to get here, but in return you live in the middle of the hiking terrain with unique opportunities both in summer and winter. The home is used by the host as a holiday home when it is not rented out. Bed linen and towels are included. The 5th bed is in the living room. If you want to live in a rural area, but at the same time close to the city, this is something for you. It's not a party place. Animals are welcome.

It is possible to sleep 4 people, but it is best suited for two people. FREE ACCESS TO DRY AND NICE FIREWOOD. 200 meters from parking. There is an opportunity for hunting and fishing. - outdoor kitchen with summer water in the tap and sleeping cabin - outdoor shower (summer water) is also mounted for short shower lengths as I do not have unlimited water there. - Mobile wifi with 50gb so not unlimited use

Stabburet ligger på Brøttem Gård i Klæbu, Trondheim Kommune. Beliggenheten er landlig (ved Selbusjøen og Brungmarka) og ypperlig med tanke på dagsturer i marka både til fots og på ski. Brygge er tilgjengelig ved Selbusjøen sommers tid. Herfra kan man padle i kajakk/kano eller ro seg en tur. Gården ligger nære Gjenvollhytta og Langmyra skianlegg om man vil gå på ski i oppkjørte løyper. Dagsturer til Kråkfjellet og Rensfjellet er mulig. Vassfjellet er 10 min unna og kun 30 min. til Trondheim :)

Hei og velkommen hit! Min datter og jeg leier ut hjemmet vårt enkelte helger og ferier for å spe på inntekten og fordi det er fint at andre får oppleve dette sjarmerende stedet🤗 Huset ligger på Møllenberg, et område med trehus, mye sjel og historie. Du vil bo i hjertet av byen, men likevel uten støy. Buss og tog i gangavstand, Solsiden med cafeer, butikker og utesteder er en 3-minutters gåtur unna. En kort spasertur unna bysentrum. Vi elsker å bo her, og det bærer leiligheten preg av🤗
