Large detached house with large plot in a quiet area, panoramic view of Trondheim. Terrace has a bath tub/jacuzzi/whirlpool, fire pit, sofa corner and chairs. Outdoor awning and heater, 3 large bedrooms, (10 m2, 12 and 22 m2) large living room 50 m2, large kitchen. Breakfast can be served, on request and at an additional cost. All bedrooms have a double bed, but can be used as a single room.

Cabin by the waterfront

Enjoy a stylish experience in a central location. The cabin is located right on the seafront only a few meters to the sea/boat/beach life. The famous frostasty is just outside of the cabin field. The cabin is located on the upper row with great views. If it is desired to rent bed linen/towels, it must be notified in advance and this is provided. This costs 250,- per person. Modern and spacious cabin of about 140 sqm idyllically located close to the beach edge on Selbusjøen, just half an hours drive from Trondheim city center. Spacious with all amenities and well equipped kitchen. Two bathrooms, one of which has a combined washing machine and tumble dryer. Two bedrooms with beds for adults and a children's room with bed for larger children. In addition, there is a basement living room with double sofa bed with two pull-out beds. TV in all floors, PS5 in the basement.

Vi har 4 soveplasser på vinteren og 6 fra mai-oktober. På sommeren kan to bo i naustet. Nært båtutleie (sommer). Ved pilgrimsleden!

If you like fishing , skiing, hiking, running , sitting and enjoying the view, this is the place for you :-) Jazzuzi in the front that you can sit and warm up in and watch the sunset ! Tautra is 10 min away by car , you can also walk along the sea , about 17 km ! 6 km away from shop that has most ! new restaurant 1.5 km away, seasonal Only for housekeepers, this is not a party place. 1 week min rent.
