The cabin contains 4 bedrooms, loft living room, open living room-kitchen solution, (living room has high ceiling, large bathroom with infrared sauna, private toilet room, laundry room, hallway. Large terrace with exit from the living room. Kitchen is richly equipped with dishwasher. The cabin has a year-round road, the road goes all the way to the cabin wall. Parking space for 4 cars. Great view.

Recharge your batteries at this unique and quiet accommodation. Cabin feeling with panoramic views of the valley. Short distance to Trondheim and the Ski World Cup. Buses and trains run from Melhus city center to Trondheim. 25 min trip to the city. When you are not cheering on your ski idol or participating in everything that happens around the World Cup, you can enjoy a quiet time around the campfire or warm your body in the jacuzzi or sauna. Inside the living room there are 2 large living rooms that invite social interaction. Large kitchen that is richly equipped.

Nice and modern cabin, here you can relax in beautiful surroundings. You get close to nature and there are miles of cross-country trails right outside the door. The place is also suitable in summer with hiking trails and fishing waters in the immediate vicinity. You also have Selbusjøen with many activities in the immediate vicinity. The cabin has a large living room and kitchen, 3 bedrooms on the main floor, as well as a bedroom on the loft. Delicate bathroom and sauna. Laundry room with its own entrance and large loft where the children can play.

Welcome to our guest apartment! PLEASE NOTE! July 5-August 4, 2025: Minimum 3 nights stay. Here you have a private entrance, extensive views of Trondheim, two spacious bedrooms with many sleeping places, large living room and great bathroom with sauna. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, and the table can be pulled out and give room for more! Park outside, or take the metro bus every 10 min to Trondheim city center in 12 min. Walking distance to bus, shop, pharmacy, and playgrounds.

Idyllic place in the forest with sauna!

Here you can really get away from city noise. Ski trails are rigt behind the corner and you can enjoy a hot sauna after a long day outdoor. We live upstairs in the house, but we rent out a simple independent apartment in the groundfloor. In December 2021 we refurbished it with a new bathroom, sauna and kitchenette. Although the house seems remote, it's only a 15/20 minutes walk to the tram that takes you directly to the city center. Let us know if there is anything you'd like to know! :-)

Infrared sauna in the basement and hot tub on the terrace. Exercise equipment in garage - treadmill, rack, barbell, weight plates, kettlebells, dumbbells and box.

The adventure

Slapp av sammen med hele familien på dette fredelige stedet. Hytta ligger nærme en innsjø med gode bade muligheter. Det er innlagt strøm, men gass komfyr. Det er en bod inne i hytta med kjøleskap med liten fryser under. Hytta har et «uthus» hvor det befinner seg badstue, bod og utedo. Det er ikke innlagt vann og ingen innedo. Det er bomvei (100,-). Vei nesten helt frem på sommeren (50 m å gå fra parkering). På vinter er det ca 1,4 km å gå på ski.
