Waterfront holiday rentals in Trondheim

This was my second stay with Julie. When I wrote my first review, I said that if I ever returned to Trondheim, Julie's place would be my first choice. And I confirmed this with my actions. I was satisfied.

The apartment was ideal for a Trondheim stay! It was close to the airport bus stop and also a train stop which travelled into town and out to the airport. There was a shopping centre just a few minutes walk away, too. There were also city bike stations in the vicinity, which we rented for a few days. It is also close to a beautiful walk along the coastline, which you can walk all the way into the city centre, or stop at a nice cafe or secluded beach area. The apartment itself was perfect - stylish, tidy, warm, clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything it needed, the bathroom was nice and the smart tv meant we could log in and watch our usual favourite shows on a cosy night in. Diamanta was the perfect host! She clearly explained everything we needed to know to arrive and enjoy our stay, and was always responsive to our messages. We would highly recommend staying here to others visiting the Trondheim area.

One of the nicest AirBnB's I've stayed in, Jørn's apartment, in a renovated 1840 warehouse, was beautifully designed, well-appointed, squeaky clean, and conveniently located in the center of Trondheim. The covered balcony outside overlooking the bustling street was a great place for fresh air and to sip a drink and read. The kitchen was fully stocked with all necessary appliances, dishes, and utensils (no dull knives!), and the bed was comfortable. Bed and bath linens were luxurious. The washer/dryer combo was very welcome after a week+ of traveling around Norway. The location could not be better -- a 5-minute walk from the train station in one direction, and cafes, restaurants, and shops in the other. We spent two full days exploring the city and its outskirts on foot from the apartment. (When you're done sightseeing, don't miss the beautiful walk along the fjord on the Ladestien trail, starting at Korsvika, which you can reach via bus or a 45 minute walk from the apartment!)

Very charming apartment in Bakklandet, met our expectations! The host was welcoming and pleasant, close to the 😊 city center and walking distance to everything. We would be happy to rent there again 👌😀

An exceptionally hospitable host where nothing was an issue. Very nice location for our visit to Byåsen and Granåsen during the World Cup. Nice also for the elderly as there are bedrooms and bathrooms on both floors. Great house with plenty of space and it was decorated with roses and flags in real World Cup style. Good communication and the host went above and beyond expected service and information flow. We would be very happy to come back another time.

Nina's cabin is by far our favorite Airbnb we have ever had the pleasure of staying in. Firstly, Nina is the most kind, wonderful, lovely host and she took such good care of us during our visit, even before arriving to help us with Wifi, directions, local recommendations, etc. Her cabin on the lake is the most idyllic, peaceful little home decorated so beautifully with rustic Scandic features and furniture. We could have stayed a month enjoying the calm of the lake, the views, and the nearby farms. Every morning waking up at this quaint little cabin was just breathtaking. We are already counting the days until we can come back to visit again. What an absolute gem of a home in Selbu. Thank you Nina!

Very nice house and a great view.

Fantastic stay! Highly recommended. Host communication was easy and efficient. Quick and pleasant responses. Everything is in line with the description. The house was cozy, tidy and nicely decorated, and we felt at home as soon as we entered the door. It was extra nice that it was decorated with freshly picked flowers. Here it is calm and quiet and there is nothing to disturb. The view over the fjord is fantastic from the terrace. In addition, it was affordable. Thank you! We'd love to come back another time.

We had a fabulous time and this house was lovely. Beautiful views, and we walked to the beach regularly. Highly recommend.

My partner and I were in town for a festival, as well as visiting friends. It was my partner’s first time in Trondheim , and he couldn’t get over how gorgeous the view was.. it’s in direct line of sight of one of the most beautiful cathedrals in the world, and Bakklandet is such a charming area. The area is my favourite in Trondheim, and it’s central to everything. John is very friendly and gave us more than a few good recommendations. A wonderful stay!

Great and spacious house with all the amenities. Large kitchen, cold storage and all equipment. We were 7 people and had more than enough space. Nice outdoor areas. Easy to get to the city and the airport by public transport. Good communication with the host, who was flexible with earlier check-in. Easy to get in with a code lock on the door. We would gladly come again!

The house is really exactly as shown in the photos - everything is really right here! We were very sorry to have only been here for a few nights and would stay longer next time as it is a great base station for exploring the surroundings, going to Trondheim, taking hikes etc.. After an eventful day, you can "watch" the lake in the evening, cook in the well-equipped kitchen and really relax. Highly recommended!

Very nice apartment perfectly located on the sunny side. The apartment has all the necessary facilities and beautiful outdoor spaces. We would gladly came again.

Asgeir's place was amongst my favourite places I've ever stayed in. The flat was beautiful, the views outstanding, the communication with Asgeir easy and pleasant. The flat is close to the city centre, easily walkable or regular busses. It's in a very picturesque neighbourhood full of beautiful walks. Would come stay again in a heartbeat - if you're looking for a place in Trondheim, I cannot recommend this place enough!

Exceeded our expectations in all areas. Beautiful walkable neighborhood close to the shoreline, shops and eateries. 26 minute walk from the tour boat. 2 min walk to train and 10 min to Cathedral. Roof top patio great for morning coffee and large screen TV great for late night movie watching. Highly recommend.

If you're looking for a spot in a beautiful location close to town, this is it!! we woke up to amazing views from bed and swam off the dock every morning even in October and warmed up in the cosy cabin. suggest hiring a car to get around and really explore tronheim and the fjords around it. so happy we booked Micheal's place.

Very nice room, close to a train station and multiple bus stations. Flexible checkin and check out at 12 was very nice too.

The apartment is centrally located and yet quiet. The mattress was very good, although the bedroom is very small. But it didn't bother us. Francesfreya was the perfect hostess. Always responsive and friendly. Absolutely recommended.
