Süßes kleines Häuschen in idyllischer, ruhiger Waldrandlage auf Gartengrundstück. Toller Panoramaausblick ins Tal über Fichtelberg-Neubau. In unmittelbarer Nähe zu Fichtelsee und Naabquelle der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Mountainbike-Touren. Im Winter führt der Loipeneinstieg in nächster Nähe vorbei. Durch die Lage auf 800 m ü.d.M. ist es relativ schneesicher. Bei Schnee ist die Zufahrt direkt zum Haus nicht gewährleistet, je nach Straßenzustand muß 500m entfernt geparkt werden.

Zur Einliegerwohnung gehört ein Stellplatz, der sich direkt vor dem separaten Eingang befindet. Zur Wohnung gehören: - Flur mit separatem WC und Dusche, - Einbauküche mit Elektrogeräten, - offenes Wohnzimmer mit Essecke, Flachbild-TV, ... - Schlafzimmer mit Kleiderschrank u. Doppelbett - Tageslichtbad mit Badewanne und Dusche, - eigene Terasse mit Sonnenmarkise und Terassenmöbeln. The apartment in organic construction with separate access via outside stairs with lattice. 2 small sleeping rooms, breakfast kitchen and external kitchen for cooking. 10 minutes to the bathing pond with a private skate park. Donkey hikes, nature and gardening, creative workshops and coaching can be booked on site. In the heart of the Fichtel Mountains, a good starting point for hiking and cycling tours.

If you are in the mood for "cabin magic," fireplace & nature in the Fichtel Mountains, then the Spirkenhütte is just right for you. A piece of idyll - as an ideal starting point for nature-loving people or small groups. The pellet stove not only provides a pleasant ambience, but also heats the approximately 100 square meter cabin. Your task - refill pellets daily - the stove does the rest automatically! If you are still cold, you will be pleased about the in-house sauna.

If you are afraid of spiders, you should not book this cottage. If you like to sit in the green or lie in the meadow more often. They are surrounded by trees, bushes, flowers and ponds. The main road, however, is within earshot. The cottage is about 100 years old and very charming. Nevertheless, it is not possible to drive directly to it by car. The stairs to the upper floor are narrow and steep. Bathroom and toilet are in the annex. Where "WC" means a compost closet.

Completed in 2020 and thus a dream of mine has come true. I personally experienced the trend of less is more - first having to and then seeing it as an opportunity. It has everything you need to live and a lovely garden. The well-being of my guests is my top priority. My testers, a student and a travel friend were all completely satisfied.
