Studio apartment at the foot of Wartburg

Entire, independent studio, 52 square meters, with well-equipped, integrated kitchen, hallway and bathroom. The location is ideal if you want to explore Eisenach, the Wartburg or the hiking opportunities on foot. (Bachhaus Museum, market and Luther House 10-15 min., Wartburg: about 35 minutes (forest path), train station: about 15 minutes Hiking: The forest begins right behind the house and many hiking opportunities are in close proximity. I am happy to provide tips and information. The windows of the studio face the courtyard, which is partly green and serves (largely) as a parking lot. Various restaurants and cafes are on the way to the nearby city center (about 6-10 minutes' walk). The surrounding southern quarter is the preferred residential area of Eisenach and is worth seeing for its many Art Nouveau villas alone. In winter, the historic Christmas market on the Wartburg is a special experience (on all weekends in Advent). If the nearby Prinzenteich (2 min.) is frozen, it is visited by young and old for ice skating! The studio (non-smoking), which consists of a large room with integrated kitchen, offers space for 2 people (1.40 m x 2.00 m) on a comfortable sofa bed. Since inquiries keep coming, there is now the possibility of a 3rd sleeping place on a guest mattress. Coffee and various types of tea are freely available. Linens, towels and hair dryers are provided. Also of course: rinsing utensils/dish towel, toilet paper, soap, shampoo/shower bath. Guests arriving by car have a private parking space right in front of the entrance. Notice: actually the studio is not available on Wednesdays, (arrival Wednesday-evening is sometimes possible). Exception: school holidays. Note: With the exception of Thuringian school holidays and public holidays, the studio will not be available on Wednesdays from 4 PM to 6 PM. If your stay includes a Wednesday, you will receive a delicious breakfast as a small compensation. Just let me know your preferred day before arrival.

The newly renovated apartment is located in the east of Eisenach, in the green and quiet Karolinental. On foot, you need 15 minutes to the old town and 10 minutes to the train station. Eisenach's sights, such as the Wartburg and the Drachenschlucht, are easily accessible. We offer you: a separate small kitchen (fully equipped with fridge, microwave, ceramic hob) and a bathroom with tub, as well as a room with a new box spring bed (140 × 200 cm), TV, Wi-Fi, large wardrobe and seating for dining.

Apartment am Seeberg

Welcome to the Apartment am Seeberg. Our 2-room apartment with terrace is fully equipped with Wi-Fi, a TV, and a Fire TV stick. We have a small miniature pig, and behind our house is a paddock with horses, just like the Seeberg, which is perfect for walks, picnics, and hikes. Seebergen has bus and train connections, a lake for feeding the ducks, and a small playground for children. Shopping facilities are located in the nearest town (3 km). Gotha is 5 km away, and Erfurt is 15 km away.

Holiday Home - right in the middle of Germany

Our house is located in a prime residential area and next to the forest. Everything was renovated and lovingly refurnished in 2023. Parking is available in front of the house. The house sleeps up to 10 people. With the house comes a partly covered terrace and a barbecue. Thüringen is famous for its "best bratwurst in the world" and we want you to enjoy to the max. The City center is a 10 min. walk away and restaurant "Berggarten" in the forest with a nice playground about 20 min.

Small charming house 15 minutes to Erfurt.

The small house is located on the county road between Neudietendorf and Erfurt. The interior is new and has been designed with a lot of love. The furniture is made of lumber and exudes a special charm. Bedroom & bathroom face south, living room with French balcony to the north. The entire house is heated with a pellet stove in the kitchen (host takes care of daily maintenance by arrangement). Arrival (e.g. for business travelers) is possible at any time of the day by arrangement.

The idyllically located holiday home with a size of approx. 50 sqm has a living room with open kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with space for 4 people and a dining area. The holiday home is located in the climatic health resort of Finsterbergen, right on the edge of the forest in a small bungalow settlement. Due to its location, it offers an ideal starting point for hikes (Rennsteig). The leisure pool with mini golf and volleyball and a tennis court are about 200m away.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a 3-storey house, with a converted attic. The apartment with bay window and balcony has a floor space of about 90 m². The three bedrooms can each be locked separately. The common areas, such as hallway, kitchen, bathroom, toilet and living room, are used exclusively by our guests. There is also a possibility of storing bicycles safely and dry in the building.

In our beautiful Wilhelminian-style villa, we have reserved a separate spacious apartment for our guests. Quiet yet close to the center. Fast Internet available via Wi-Fi. In addition, you have a private roof terrace and can use our garden by personal arrangement. Parking in front of the house is available.
