The train station, restaurants, shopping shop are within a few minutes' walk. The following cycling routes lead directly past the house; Rheinradweg 2 , Alpinbike 1 and Graubündenbike 90. Numerous hiking routes, Way of Saint James can be started directly from the house. Winter: In the middle of well-known ski resorts.

Welcome to Flond (Obersaxen/Mundaun), a centrally located village (5 min. from Ilanz) in the Bündner Bergen. In summer hikes around the mountains, bathing in the surrounding lakes (Rufalipark, Davos Munts, Lake Cauma, Lake Cresta) and the perfect place to relax. Mountain bike enthusiasts are also taken care of, many great trails are waiting for you. In winter, beautiful ski slopes await you in the Obersaxen/Mundaun area and a cross-country ski run is also located directly in the village.

Our 60 m² apartment has fast Wi-Fi, TV, Netflix, washer/dryer as well as equipped kitchen and is accessible by elevator. An underground parking space in the same building is available on request at no charge.

In addition, a family-friendly sports field is within walking distance.
