Das Haus war sehr gemütlich und einladend. Es war alles da, was man braucht. Richard und seine Familie waren sehr freundlich. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Bardzo nam się podobało! Miejsce z klimatem, gdzie czuliśmy się jak w domu. Bardzo dobrze wyposażone, idealnie czyste, piekne położenie obok potoku wśród przyrody. Możliwość korzystanie z sauny jest sporym atutem, a kominek dał ciepło w chłodne wieczóry. Cisza i spokój pomagają w odpoczynku i relaksie w gronie najbliżych. Są miejsca parkingowe, blisko sklepy i restauracje. Idealne miejsce, które serdecznie polecamy:)))

Lucie ist mit Leib und Seele eine Gastgeberin 🥰. Das hat man auch im Haus überall gemerkt. Es ist sehr stilvoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Lucie war immer erreichbar und hat sehr schnell auf Nachrichten hilfsbereit reagiert. Die Gegend ist sehr schön und ruhig dennoch gibt’s viele Möglichkeiten in der Nähe was zu unternehmen. Für unseren Ski Urlaub war die Gegend sehr schön. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen lieben Dank für die schöne Woche in Cerny dul♥️

Es war ein wunderbarer Urlaub. Nur Natur um uns herum. Wald, Bach, Wiese und Teich mit Badegelegenheit. Eine tolle einsame Lage, um sich zu erholen und wieder die Verbindung mit der Natur zu spüren. Auch für unsere Kinder ein tolles Entdeckerparadies. Auch das Kochen mit Gaskocher, Küchenofen und Lagerfeuer hat super funktioniert. Danke vielmals

Dom je perfektny! Vsetko co potrebujete je k dispozici. Kvalitne zariadanie aj spotrebice. Minimalisticky zariadane, ale ihned mate pocit domova. Pekny vyhlad z obyvacky. Udrziavana zahrada s grilom a terasou. Jana je velmi mila a proaktivna pri komunikacii. Vhodne aj pre rodiny s detmi. Velmi odporucame! Dakujeme za pobyt!

Petr was very friendly, responsive and helpful. The house is perfect for friends or family. The surroundings are breathtakingly beautiful. Many hikes around the house. The garden is beautiful and perfect for eating outside or just enjoying the sun. Definitely recommend and plan to come again!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne und entspannte Zeit. Die Nachbarn waren sehr freundlich obwohl unsere Hunde lieber in Ihren Garten waren😂 als bei uns. Die Sauna mit dieser Aussicht unbeschreiblich. Terrasse das gleiche. Es führen von dem Haus aus unheimlich viele Wanderwege,hier ist eine Woche zu kurz. Bevor ich es vergesse alles sauber und in neuen Zustand und der Garten schön gepflegt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Pobyt jsme si velmi užili. Ubytování bylo krásné, čisté a přesně jako na fotkách. Hostitelka byla aktivní a vždy hned odpověděla. Vřele doporučuji a ráda ubytováni znovu využiji!☺️

Razem ze znajomymi byliśmy bardzo zadowoleni z wypoczynku. Miejsce piękne, bardzo dobrze wyposażone w artykuły kuchenne (więcej naczyń i sztućcy niż osób, więc mogliśmy nazbierać zanim puścimy zmywarkę). Różne rodzaje przyborów typu tarka, nożyczki, naczynia dla dzieci, sitko i wiele więcej. Bez problemu gotowaliśmy tam wszystkie posiłki (jest także kuchenka, piekarnik i mikrofala). Mieliśmy też dostęp do środków czystości, zapas chemii do zmywarki i przyborów typu worki na śmieci, gąbki, ścierki, zmiotka a nawet odkurzacz co niezwykle ułatwiło utrzymanie porządku podczas pobytu. Apartament zgodny z opisem i zdjęciami. Wyciszony, więc obecność innych gości w budynku nam nie przeszkadzała. Super kontakt z właścicielką. Należy z parudniowym wyprzedzeniem rezerwować strefę wellness, ponieważ nam z 3 dostępnych razy udało się z niej skorzystać tylko 1, gdyż nie zarezerwowaliśmy jej wystarczająco wcześnie (byliśmy w przerwie noworocznej, więc w szczycie sezonu) Serdecznie polecamy☺️

I totally recommend this place! Everything looked just like in the photos and description. It’s super cozy and has everything you need. The location is great too—you’re just a short drive from awesome skiing or hiking spots. Shops and restaurants are around few minutes away. And the evenings on the terrace? Just perfect. Peaceful, beautiful views, and a great place to chill after a day out!

J'y ai passé un excellent séjour avec mon chien. Les différents parcs nationaux à proximité méritent d'être visités. J'y retournerai très probablement.

We stayed at Jan and Karina’s apartment over the Easter weekend while hiking in the Krkonoše mountains, and it was absolutely perfect for our group (two couples). The layout was ideal, with two private bedrooms and a spacious living room with an open kitchen. The highlight, though, was the stunning view of the mountains and the lake — sipping tea in the morning while soaking in that view was pure bliss. The apartment is exceptionally well-equipped, definitely above the average Airbnb. We felt right at home and found it super easy to cook meals in the mornings and evenings. There were lots of thoughtful, personal touches throughout, and communication with Jan and Karina was excellent from start to finish. Couldn’t recommend this place more — a peaceful, beautiful base for exploring the area!

I made a few mistakes during my booking, but the Airbnb host was incredibly kind and helpful throughout—it truly made all the difference. She went above and beyond to assist me, and I couldn’t be happier with the level of care and hospitality she offered. The apartment itself was modern, spotless, and thoughtfully arranged. Every detail was in place to make the stay comfortable. After a long time of restless nights elsewhere, I finally got one of the best sleeps here. The bed was cozy, the space quiet and peaceful. It’s clear the host really cares about her guests’ experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m in the area!

Ubytování jsme našli bez problému, majitel byl již připraven s klíčem a vše nám vysvětlil. I pozdější komunikace přes telefon probíhala rychle a hladce. Byt byl čistý a přesně splnil naše požadavky, tj. sprcha a přespání. V bytě byla spousta nádobí, lednice atd., takže pokud by si chtěl někdo vařit, neměl by to být problém. Kdybych měl něco zmínit pro ostatní zájemce, tak jen dvě věci, které nejsou zásadní, spíš jen pro informaci. První je, že postel je rozkládací (výsuvná) a každá matrace je v jiné výšce. Jako druhou věc bych zmínil, že by to mohlo být klidně hezké retro ubytování, ale já osobně bych se pár věcí zbavil. V bytě je spousta vybavení, které se "můžou hodit", ale spíše jen zabírá místo. Jak ale píšu, je to jen můj názor. Jinak se nám ubytování líbilo a děkujeme majitelům.

Vše bylo naprosto v pořádku a byli jsme moc spokojení! Ubytování u Aleny bylo moc příjemné, prostorné, na klidném místě. Domluva byla velmi dobrá, Alena je velmi vstřícná a komunikativní. Moc děkujeme! :)

Wir sind bereits zum 2.Mal hier und das 3.Mal ist bereits gebucht - das alleine sollte schon genug aussagen! ;-) Denn wie bereits beim letzten Mal wurden wir nicht enttäuscht und es war alles ganz wunderbar - wir hatten eine unglaublich erholsame Woche in der Wohnung und saßen bei bestem Wetter gerne auch vor dem Haus auf der Bank in der Sonne! Ganz lieben Dank dir Marta - wir freuen uns schon jetzt auf das kommende Jahr!

The appartement is a bit outside of Špindlerův Mlýn. There is a bus that goes every 2 hours or so. There is no sidewalk or bike trail. We were with bikes. The appartement itself is very nice and clean (but with weird/sexist pictures on the walls). There is tea and coffee with a coffee machine. The furniture and bathroom are very nice and clean. The shared sauna outside is very beautiful. The communication with the host is very easy and friendly.

Moc hezké ubytování se vším, co člověk potřebuje. Krásná krajina v okolí a moc fajn zahrada s bazénem pro letní pobyty.

Ubytování se nachází v krásném prostředí. Všude okolo je příroda a spousta možností na procházky/túry. Budova se nachází hned u silnice, na které je mimo jiné i zastávka autobusu, takže příjezd je snadný i pro lidi bez auta ;) Apartmán čistý, komunikace příjemná.

Krásný pobyt, vše čisté, hezké jak na obrázcích, pán moc příjemný, skvělá komunikace.

Het appartement van Zdenēk is zeer comfortabel en superschoon. Het is onderdeel van een voormalige boerderij. Zdenēk en Alenea zijn gastvrije en behulpzame hosts. Wij kijken terug op een fantastisch verblijf. Een absolute aanrader!

Strávili jsme zde 2 noci se snoubencem a naší fenkou. Ubytování je útulné a čisté a měli jsme dostatek soukromí, jako bychom v domě byli sami. Ubytování je necelých 10 minut od hlavního parkoviště na Černé hoře a také si zde suprově nakoupíte v obchodě JIP, který je jen přes ulici. Určitě doporučujeme a ubytování moc rádi využijeme znovu.

Pięknie urządzony apartament , w którym było wszystko czego nam potrzeba! Każdy szczegół przemyślamy i dopięty na ostatni guzik.Wygodne łóżka i pachnąca pościel i ręczniki. Jesteśmy zachwyceni! Będziemy rekomendować to miejsce znajomym. Na zewnątrz altanka i miejsce na grila i ognisko oraz hamaki i stolik gdzie piliśmy kawkę po południu.30minut samochodem od Teplickie Skały . Dziękujemy za serdeczne przyjęcie.Czuliśmy się jak w domu .
