Flora's charming waterfront villa is located in the centre of the traditional picturesque village of Melinda, situated 6 km west of the village of Plomari. Our villa is situated literally on the beach, which is known for its crystal blue waters. The newly built modern house is fully equipped with all conveniences, such as a modern kitchen, air condition units in all rooms, tv, wi-fi etc. The famous traditional greek taverna of Maria is right next door, where you can enjoy local delicacies all day. In Our quiet villa you will experience greek at its summer, watching the sunset.

Catch a glimpse of the island of Lesbos and the Sea while walking along the paths that lead into the forest in the cool of the morning. If you are lucky, you can pick thyme and brew its tea. Take a journey through history by visiting the ancient city of Assos and its school of philosophy.

When you turn your head slightly to the left, you will see the Necropolis and the West Gate standing in all its majesty, and you will see how close you are to the Temple of Athena and the streets where Aristotle taught. You are within walking distance of cafes and restaurants from this painting studio/home with private parking.

The restoration of our stone house in Ayvacık Sazlı village was completed 8 years ago. We have opened the upper floor of our newly decorated house to our guests, my wife and I live downstairs. Experience the beauty of our village with Lesbos Islands, full mountain and sea views, where 6 people can easily stay. The large garden and all the sounds and colors of nature will accompany you. Assos port is only a few kilometers away from the historical Behramkale. You can reach Küçükkuyu in 20 minutes by car.
