Cesa del Panigas - THE NEST

An attic, inside a seventeenth-century barn, overlooking the mountains and renovated in 2023 with antique woods and local stones. The apartment consists of a dining area with equipped kitchen, as well as a large living room with fireplace and large sofa bed, a comfortable bathroom with shower and a "refuge" with two additional beds. Penthouse in farmhouse & 2 sunny roof terraces

Our historic Carinthian farmhouse in a secluded location from 1841 was lovingly and carefully renovated. Many international guests have already spent a lovely vacation here surrounded by wonderful nature and enjoyed the alpine coziness combined with modern amenities. In 2019, the attic and the former mill were converted into a penthouse apartment on two floors in a chalet style. The sunny apartment as well as the covered spacious patio offer an unobstructed view.

For your sole use, we offer our around 200 years old, core renovated cabin. Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cabin offers the perfect accommodation for four in about 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny hillside. This quaint retreat is not far from the Mölltal Glacier Railway and many excursion destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.
