Tübingen is a university town, so our house in Schönblick is actually a student house. Here students live in shared apartments on two floors, the hosts on the first floor. The basement apartment is a high-quality, bright and cozy 1-room apartment with 36 sqm, a spacious bathroom and a new, fully equipped fitted kitchen. From the hallway of the apartment, the doors to the basement rooms/heating system go off. The hallway must therefore not be locked.

Hey dear guests, The apartment is newly renovated and is very centrally located in Tübingen. The train station is a five-minute walk and the city is also within a five- walk away. A bus stop is in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. Nevertheless, the area is quite quiet, and you can easily retreat. Our Tiny House is a former transformer tower that is a 5-minute walk from the old town. Supermarket,gas station, pharmacy and parking garage are very close. The tower has a 32 square meter terrace that floats above the Ammer. The bedroom,with private balcony and extra TV, is located under the roof. Integrated kitchen, nice bathroom with shower and underfloor heating.

The very bright, centrally located apartment is located in the basement of a Gründerzeit villa. 5-minute walk to the old town, bus stop and bakery with café ("Kaffeekränzle") 100 m away. Free parking next to the house. Basic amenities are available in the kitchenette. Linens, towels, shower gel, shampoo, hair dryer are provided. Washer and dryer are free to use.
