The cozy 31 m² apartment is located on the west side of Tübingen & yet quite central. The bed is a 160cm wide, foldable sofa bed. There is a small kitchenette, as well as a little dining area and a bathroom with a shower. A generally used washing machine & dryer is available. Nice and quite large balcony with a beautiful view comes with the apartment. The basic kitchen utensils are available for use. Tübingen is a university town, so our house in Schönblick is actually a student house. Here students live in shared apartments on two floors, the hosts on the first floor. The basement apartment is a high-quality, bright and cozy 1-room apartment with 36 sqm, a spacious bathroom and a new, fully equipped fitted kitchen. From the hallway of the apartment, the doors to the basement rooms/heating system go off. The hallway must therefore not be locked.

In a brick house from the 1920s, on the 2nd floor, there is a spacious, newly renovated apartment for up to 6 people. On 86 m² you will find a cozy living room with a sofa bed, two bedrooms, a kitchen-living room, a bathroom and a separate toilet and a balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped and in the bathroom with shower there are also a few hygiene items available, should you have forgotten something important at home.

It is a quiet place, you rest on the terrace or cook in the fully equipped kitchen. It is newly renovated and you can discover many things from the 50ties or 60ties in a modern surrounding.

Old Transformers Tower

Our Tiny House is a former transformer tower that is a 5-minute walk from the old town. Supermarket,gas station, pharmacy and parking garage are very close. The tower has a 32 square meter terrace that floats above the Ammer. The bedroom,with private balcony and extra TV, is located under the roof. Integrated kitchen, nice bathroom with shower and underfloor heating.

Casa Groga - Newly Built Apartment in Tübingen -

Casa Groga is located on the first floor of a small new apartment building in a central location of Tübingen-Lustnau. It is located directly on the main road, Wilhelmstraße, and just 2 km from Tübingen city center. This can be reached on foot or comfortably by bus. A stop is right outside the front door. Access to the apartment is barrier-free. Children are welcome!

We rent 2 beautiful bright rooms for 1-5 people with shower and toilet, bed linen and towels, lounge with fridge, dishes, kettle, coffee maker, pancake maker and small cooking facilities. There is no sink. The dishes are washed by us daily. The upper floor has no apartment door. The rooms and bathroom can be locked.
