Tübingen ist eine Universitätsstadt, deshalb ist unser Haus im Schönblick eigentlich ein Studentenhaus. Hier wohnen über zwei Etagen Studenten in Wohngemeinschaften, im EG die Gastgeber. Die Souterrainwohnung ist eine hochwertig ausgestattete, helle und gemütlich eingerichtete 1-Zi Wohnung mit 36qm, großzügigem Bad und einer neuen, voll ausgestatteten Einbauküche. Vom Flur der FeWo gehen die Türen zu den Kellerräumen/Heizungsanlage ab. Der Flur darf deshalb nicht abgeschlossen werden.

Hallo liebe Gäste, das Apartment ist frisch renoviert und befindet sich sehr zentral in Tübingen .Der Bahnhof ist in fünf Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und auch die Stadt ist in fünf Gehminuten entfernt. Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe des Appartements. Trotzdem ist die Umgebung recht ruhig, und man kann sich gut zurückziehen.
