Beach condo holiday rentals in Tulum

Der Aufenthalt war super. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön eingerichtet und super ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen. Vielen Dank!

This place was amazing! Lived up to my expectations and was the perfect private beach getaway for my wife and I! Amazing views, kind staff, and my wife felt very safe there as well! It’s definitely off the beaten path but that’s what we wanted, and if you have a rental car it’s perfect! As others have said, be prepared for little critters like ants or other bugs. Other than that, could not recommend this place enough!!

Cada detalle superó nuestras expectativas: los colchones comodísimos, las sábanas limpias y suaves, las almohadas deliciosamente mullidas… ¡fue un verdadero descanso! Todo estaba impecable y cuidado con mucho esmero. El balcón fue uno de nuestros rincones favoritos, perfecto para relajarse. Realmente se nota el cariño y la dedicación que le ponen a su espacio. ¡Gracias por todo! Sin duda volveríamos encantados.

La verdad todo súper si recomiendo que renten un carro a pesar que es terracería no está feo asique un carro chico es más que suficiente, recomiendo que lleven sandalias especiales para meterse a la playa ya que tiene mucha piedritas que te molestará mucho, la ubicación le ayuda mucho ya que todo está a lo mucho 20 minutos de todo lo turístico, el internet no funcionó espero se arregle pero nos pasó el de la recepción y todo excelente claro estábamos casi a lado solo que cuando estás en el cuarto no llega bien la señal talvez solo estaba fallando el del cuarto que teníamos, por lo demás todo excelente la alberca siempre disponible y los minisplit todos funcionado lo recomiendo

Si se busca tranquilidad, es el lugar ideal. Desafortunadamente nos tocó problemas con el sargazo, por lo que no pudimos entrar al mar en la zona del departamento. La alberca es muy disfrutable, así como el área frente al mar. La principal desventaja es que debido al fuerte calor, puede haber una fuerte demanda de energía eléctrica, lo que puede provocar corte en el suministro, lo cual nos sucedió durante 2 noches. El restablecimiento depende de la CFE, aunque, los encargados fueron muy insistentes con la compañía, lo cual se agradece. Igualmente, nos reintegraron las noches en que tuvimos estos problemas.

Es un lugar muy lindo, tranquilo, rodeado de naturaleza, con la playa cerca, la atención de Pedro y Siri muy buena.

Tyrell's home is beautiful and worth the stay! The pictures do not capture the beauty and peace. We were first to stay there so it was expected to still be evolving. The property is new and still setting up its shared areas. The first night we were the only tenants in the building with the kind security who were present around the clock. Currently, there is no restaurant in the building, although it looks like there may be one to come. This gave us an opportunity to take advantage of the beautiful kitchen and the very nice appliances. THe blender and mixer were a bonus. I recommend you have a driver or a car. The taxi ride into town was $35 per direction. We had our driver wait a few times as we went grocery shopping and other stops. Of course this earns them additional cash. Although renting a car is easy, the local vendors laughed about paying the police if you get pulled over :) BOnus! Tyrell's home has ocean views on both sides of the unit! Master suite is fantastic!!

We were looking for quiet and it was. Our only neighbors were wonderful and became friends right away. Plenty of places to explore in nature. The water pressure was finicky but that comes with the non resort flair of the country. The small beach club, a walk away, had a great swimming area. The surf and winds can be strong so I recommend water shoes!!

muy limpio, ordenado y cómodo, complejo con 10 albercas y restaurante en un futuro, estacionamiento en sótano y vigilancia. un departamento que vale la pena visitar con un buen costo/beneficio.

La Comunicación con Óscar fue rápida y muy efectiva, nos ayudó con todas las dudas que tuvimos, lo que hizo todo más fácil. En cuanto al lugar, es una zona muy tranquila y el loft es exactamente como se ve en las fotos. Estuvimos muy agusto y tranquilas los días que nos quedamos ahí. El transporte hacia la playa facilita mucho, el único inconveniente fue que la semana que estuvimos no funcionó el restaurante, pero puedes pedir comida a domicilio. Regresaríamos sin duda

El lugar es muy bonito y está en una zona muy tranquila. Solo tuve un pequeño problema con el control de la TV, pero con una app en el celular se pudo solucionar. De ahí, todo muy bien.

Tarik's place was great! The Airbnb looked just like the pictures and the complex was pristine. Tarik was very responsive and offered a load of local recommendations. Aldea Zama has a lot of great restaurants and bars that are walkable to the spot, but would recommend renting bikes to get to the beach. We would recommend this place to anyone visiting Tulum.

The apartment is spacious and clean. The location was great and close to everything. A lot of the surrounding communities are under construction- including a shopping area walking distance. I miss Tulum and this place already!

We loved every minute of our stay at Daniels place. The apartment is lovely and has all you need for an incredible stay! The area Aldea Zama is for the sure the best area to stay when visiting Tulum. The apartment is a few minutes walk from the beach and supermarket. Daniel provided us with great local recommendations and communication was perfect. Thank you for hosting us, Daniel!

Wonderful week at Nikte #7 penthouse in Akumal! Condo was immaculate, overlooking the stunning coral reef and crystal waters of Half Moon Bay. Akumal Direct was incredibly responsive to our questions and needs during the trip and a real pleasure to work with. The daily cleaning service made it feel like we were staying in a hotel over a condo, but with more than ample space for our family of 4. The private roof deck with jacuzzi tub was an added bonus, the pool was perfect and warm, and the two paddle boards were fun to take out. We can't wait to return, we truly fell in love with Akumal and Half Moon Bay!

Mi estancia fue simplemente perfecta. Desde el momento en que llegué, me sentí como en casa. El lugar es hermoso, limpio y tal como se muestra en las fotos. La ubicación es excelente y me permitió disfrutar al máximo de mi viaje. El anfitrión fue muy atento y siempre estuvo disponible para cualquier duda o necesidad, lo que hizo mi estancia aún más placentera. The condo was wonderful and Michaela was an incredible host. We enjoyed the amazing views and comfortable apartment and felt very well taken care of. Michaela was remarkably responsive when a couple little things came up and made the entire experience smooth. The location on Half Moon Bay was perfect- we snorkeled right out front of the building, using the ample equipment they provided, and loved walking to the beach bars in Akumal (especially Buena Vida and La Lunita). It was also an easy walk to the lagoon, which was a must see as well. Having seen Tulum, we were so glad to have the much more laid back vibe of Akumal. The condo was perfectly located for an easy but peaceful stay with lots of swimming in the pool and staring at the blue water. For what it’s worth, the elevator was working almost the entire time we were there, but was out for part of a day. We did not end up making use of the rooftop area- it wasn’t really necessary with the lovely deck on the apartment.

Over all great experience! They will immediately start a group chat with you to make sure you have everything you need to have the best vacation possible at their place. This is a big house that is split as two separated units and they’ve got everything you need to make you feel comfortable and at home. If there’s a maintenance issue, you will get a response right away and somebody will address it as soon as possible. Communication was great when needed, will come back again for sure

Absolutely a great experience! Great condo, great neighborhood in an incredible part of the world. Condo is just as described in listing, but even bigger than expected! We had two couples each take a bedroom, plus two kids sharing the two-queen bed room. It felt plenty spacious, especially with the balconies, private roof deck, and pool/beach downstairs. I'm not sure why Airbnb lists a 6-min walk to beach - maybe that's to walk a few minutes south to where it is easier to get in the water? We found rocks underwater right where the waves break on the shore everywhere, so getting in required water shoes, steady balance, and a bit of patience, so not for little kids or mobility issues, but then snorkeling in the bay was great. (Snorkelers - also go to Yal Ku a bit further up the road!) Speaking of mobility, the elevator was occasionally not working, which could be an issue if stairs are hard. The road was fine - just take the speed bumps slow - but a bike would be nice.

El departamento está nuevo y muy cómodo, Tiene un plus tener justo enfrente el super mercado, con un Hertz para alquiler de coche y taxis. 10 de 10!
