Aldea Kinich es un pequeño rincón de selva muy cuidado con cabañas llenas de detalles y comodidades de hotel. Muy bien ubicado para visitar Sian Khan y las ruinas de Muyil. La piscina es fantástica y los anfitriones súper atentos le añaden valor a la experiencia.

Quiero resaltar la amabilidad y calidez que Alma y Rafael me brindaron desde el momento en que llegué pues se organizaron para esperarme tanto a pie de carretera como en la entrada del lugar! El alojamiento me sorprendió porque en verdad es tranquilo, armónico, en contacto con la naturaleza, muy limpio y ordenado, pero lo que hizo una gran diferencia es el trato por parte de los anfitriones: sus pláticas, su gusto por el medio ambiente, sus recomendaciones sobre las cosas que hacer han sido súper valiosas, su cordialidad realmente hace sentirte como en casa y no un viajero, en definitiva genera que disfrutes tu estancia. Estaba un poco pendiente respecto a las opciones de transporte público y comida, afortunadamente hay colectivos Tulum-Carrillo Puerto que te dejan a unos pasos por si no traes auto y, por comida no hay tema, mariscos, pollos al carbón y tacos, así como tienditas. Si planeas visitar el sitio de Muyil, la laguna o amas las aves como yo, te recomiendo quedarte aquí!

Nice place and very Welcoming folks checking us in. Pool was wonderful and we all loved the feeling of being part of true culture.

Large, beautiful property with lots of charm and all of the amenities. It's the jungle and the buildings are simple, so prepare to contend with a few ( harmless ) bugs in the outdoor kitchen and in the rooms. Road to property is a bit long, narrow and rough. Internet was a bit spotty ( reportedly due to construction nearby ) but cell reception was good. Overall met my expectations and was a joy. Thanks Hiram!

Un bonito hospedaje, con una increíble ubicación donde encontrar Paz en medio de naturaleza y selva. Alma y Rafael los anfitriones, cercanos y amables nos proporcionaron todo lo necesario y nos brindaron grandes recomendaciones.

The property was well-located and safe and the host is doing a lot to improvethe buildings. It felt a little rustic, but very peaceful, and the host was generous and helpful with anything I needed, with a very good friendly vibe on the whole property. One of the few places in Tulum with minimal traffic and easy parking!

Had an amazing stay at Oscar's place! Two weeks flew by like a weekend because everything was so conveniently located. The best part? The hospitality—Oscar and the team treated me like family, making me feel right at home. Breakfast and meals were always fresh and delicious. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort and great food!

What a sweet spot! Really enjoyed the cenote, specially in the early morning when I had the place to my self. So peaceful and quiet. Also really enjoyed the yoga space! If your looking for quiet and dont mind simple this is your place. But be aware there is no AC. Its was hot and a bit uncomfortable at night but I dont like AC either so prefer the natural climate. Very nice people. I'd go again for sure.

I only stayed one night as I was in town for a Yoga course and I wish I couldn've stayed longer. What a peaceful oasis in paradise. I especially loved the pool, it felt like it was brand new and fresh. Great hosts and very friendly. I highly recommend

Die Unterkunft war noch besser als beschrieben! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Alistar hat uns die ganze Zeit helfen mit Tipps für Unternehmungen und generellen Empfehlungen. Er war sehr proaktiv und sehr nett! Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen!

This was our second spring vacation we spent at Villa Silvestre and Loved it! It’s. Such a hidden gem in south Tulum. It’s a quiet little sanctuary which is well appointed, great pool, super sweet staff and Agustina is so helpful and wonderful. Can’t wait to return!

El lugar es hermoso y tener el cenote a unos pasos es un super plus! Larisa es muy buena persona y nos ayudó en lo que necesitamos. Las cabañas son bellísimas y es un lugar para desconectar y disfrutar de la naturaleza, recomiendo mucho a Larisa y su AIRBNB!

We are very familiar with Tulum and had previously lived in Tulum for many years. We needed a comfortable, clean place, with flexible check in to stay overnight for a work trip. It was everything and more! -Friendly host that was super helpful checking in with a toddler. -Pristine, CLEAN and organized. It was a beautiful private space. -The pool is amazing! Shallow areas to lounge and deeper areas for a nice plunge. -Location is perfect: close enough to walk to all of the new La Veleta eateries/bars but still quiet and private on site. Close to Kukulkan Blvd to access the beach road! This made it easy to get to and from the beach. -Beautiful aesthetic palapa that felt like home away from home. Thank you for sharing this beautiful space with us, we look forward to our next stay this weekend!

El lugar es muy bonito. todo muy limpio!. las cobijas/toallas super limpias. en verdad que es un lugar muy comodo. lo recomiendo al 100%. lo unico malo de todo esto es que solo me quede un solo dia. 😛. muchas gracias pia por siempre estar al pendiente. espero en un futuro opedarme con ustedes de nuevo.

It was a bit difficult for us to get there since we didn’t have a car, but Valentin made sure to make it easier for us. The experience was very good, and he cooks deliciously, would definitely go back again!

This place is amazing, you really feel in the middle of the jungle but with all the comfort of a hotel. Close distance to the center or beach restaurants, ruins, cenotes. We found it very convenient. They even have a pizza delivery service!!! The host was amazing accommodating all our requests and always with a prompt and proactive response. I have to say it, the wifi speed was excellent and has not been my experience in general in Mexico. Thanks guys.

Muy lindo y tranquilo todo. Mas grande de lo que esperaba. El balcon lo amé junto con la cocina y sala de estar. Lo unico malo es que no consegui a alguien en recepcion cuando necesitaba 😔

Cabaña a pie de playa rodeada de naturaleza. Muuuy tranquilo e íntimo. No hay aire acondicionado, pero el ventilador que tiene la habitación hace la función La única pega es que está a pocos metros de la entrada de la reserva, por lo que hay que pagar cada vez que se entra y se sale.
