This Airbnb is beautiful, the pictures don’t really do it justice! When I arrived for check in my phone was dead and thankfully the helpful security was able to call the host for me and get me into the apartment and I really appreciate that. I loved the location of the Airbnb as it’s located in Downtown Tulum near many restaurants and gift shops. An ATV/ Bike rental store is two stores over and I enjoyed being able to walk right over and rent one. I would love to stay here again the next time I visit Tulum!

We had a really wonderful stay at this condo in Tulum. The space was clean, modern, and matched the photos perfectly. It was well-equipped with everything we needed, from a functional kitchen to reliable Wi-Fi and strong air conditioning—and a perfectly curated record selection which was such a nice addition. One of the best parts of the experience was how responsive the host was. Any time I had a question or needed help, they replied quickly and made sure everything was taken care of. That level of attentiveness really added peace of mind during my stay. The location was quiet and relaxing, yet still close to great restaurants and just a short drive to the beach. The pool was perfect! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Tulum, and I’d be happy to stay again!

I spent a week at this apartment in May. I was mostly working - it's a great spot for digital nomads. The photos accurately reflect the apartment. But it's better than it looks. The bed is very comfortable. The kitchen is functional. The couch / loveseat is comfy. The bedroom patio is shaded. The AC works perfectly - it was hot when I was there. The upstairs pool is really nice, a pleasant place to chill and relax (and work). The shared rooftop pool also is relaxing and chill, a good place to swim and work. I also really liked the neighborhood - much more than I thought I would. It's quiet, even though you're in the middle of Tulum. You look out over the treetops and hear / see birds. I liked Tulum town a lot, just strolling. The kind woman at the front desk recommended Taqueria Honoria, and it was superb - Mayan tacos and tortas, things I had never had before. Finally, Mariana was a helpful host. All in all, it was a great stay - I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This is a lovely property, you and your family/friends won't be disappointed! The property is spacious and has everything you need. We felt like we were at home. Also, the building has an amazing pool which our kids used in the evenings but what we loved the most was their coffee shop. We didn't have to go far to find excellent coffee and pastries. You're also able to order full meals (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner), we only had breakfast once but the food was delicious. Diana responded immediately to any our concerns, we'll be staying here again.

Beautiful scenery, I had an amazing time! Martin and Alan were beyond accommodating. The space was beautiful, clean and the bed was comfortable. I can’t recommend this place enough!

This place is great! Will definitely be back, everything was as described like the photos. Location is great and walking distance if you need a taxi the front can request you one super easy in under 5 mins. Security out front place is right next to the police station also. Pools are great and the hot tub doesn’t get hot at all but it’s nice to have.

John's place was absolutely perfect. It was a great size and clean. Wifi was great and worked well for conference calls with no issue. La Valeta is a great neighbourhood away from the hustle and bustle of the main town while still within short walking distance of some amazing coffe places and restaurants. The airbnb had everything I needed. The pool area was quiet and always had room. John was extremely responsive. Highly recommend for long term stays.

Excelente comunicación con Rodolfo, me ayudó a comprar e instalar unos pétalos de rosas para mi esposa a la llegada, atento a la mayoría de los mensajes. Central Park es muy confortable y se siente uno seguro, valor agregado el spa. Muy confortable la cama y limpias las sábanas. Sin duda se los recomiendo ampliamente. 😉

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! Le logement est magnifique, propre, calme, avec des piscines splendides et un rooftop offrant de superbes couchers de soleil. La literie était très confortable. Le personnel est adorable et il y a toujours quelqu’un à la réception, ce qui est très rassurant. Les hôtes étaient aussi très disponibles. Quelques détails à savoir : un peu d’humidité et quelques fourmis (courant au Mexique), peu de serviettes, un sèche-linge qui ne sèche pas très bien (un étendage aurait été pratique), une douche avec un pommeau fixe au plafond et un débit d’eau faible. Il est indispensable d’être véhiculé : le logement est accessible à pied mais les routes sont un peu dangereuses de cette manière et c’est assez loin du centre et de la plage. En voiture ou scooter, tout est très proche. Un endroit superbe et reposant ! Merci encore !

We arrived after dark so it did take us a little while to locate the place however the host was quick to respond for additional guidance. Once inside we were all pleasantly surprised to find that their home was very clean and exactly as the pictures showed and in fact exceeded our expectations. The complex was quiet and peaceful. And everything inside worked perfectly especially the HVAC which kept the place nice and cool in the warm humid weather. The location was close to the main strip where you could find restaurants and convenience stores. Over all we would stay at their place again and highly recommend it for anyone who wants to experience a nice, clean and peaceful experience while traveling to Tulum.

Sonny was amazing from beginning to end, super friendly and incredibly responsive. The place looks exactly like the pictures, and has 24 hr security… who are super friendly and helpful as well. Loved that we were able to walk to nearby restaurants and convenience stores. Sonny had endless recommendations making our girls trip so much smoother. His transportation recommendation saved us everyday, the chef, the marachi band, the masseuse, all beautiful. Our experience was nothing less of amazing. Definitely recommended and would definitely book again.

Our family of five thoroughly enjoyed this place. It was peaceful, secure and very well maintained. In addition to the place being amazing, the team was extremely responsive and very caring towards all of our needs. I recommend this place 10 out of 10, Rafael and Andrea took such great care of us! Exceeded our expectations - casa piedra is beautiful and had everything we needed and more. Gorgeous inside and out. All rooms are large - it was hard to pick a favorite! The kitchen is huge and fully stocked. AC worked like a charm. Over and above concierge service - helped us with recommendations, reservations, groceries, and a million questions. The whole team was super responsive and patient. We are so grateful and can’t wait to come back!

Staying here while in Tulum you will not regret it. The pictures were exactly like the listing stated. Air conditioning was very cold and the penthouse felt very private while here. The Airbnb provided cold water to drink and even had a washer and dryer to clean your clothes so you won’t have to worry about laundry coming back home. The host was kind and responsive and even gave us recommendations on where to eat and things to do. I must stress that you should get a car rental while in Tulum because the roads leading to the Airbnb and most roads are rocky and unpaved. Mostly all excursions and good restaurants are 15-20 mins away driving which is good. Do not hesitate to book this Airbnb 10/10 experience and forgot to mention the bed sheets were so soft like butter 😅

Ligaya's place is wonderful. The house is tastefully furnished and decorated (no need to take anything off the walls for our stay!), and the condo offers all you need: kitchen, a nice dining room, desks in the bedrooms, and lots of outdoor spaces. We spent evenings on the roof enjoying the sunset. The complex has two great pools. WiFi is excellent throughout. The location is good -- you can walk to a nice coffee place, and lots of restaurants in town are walkable or bikeable. However, we rented a car, which was probably crucial as it allowed us to access the beach and the town, as well as do day trips to Cobá (must do!) and Valladolid (not touristy). We had a great week and highly recommend Ligaya's place!
