Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Tulum

A truly perfect experience from beginning to end. I took my mom and a group of her friends here for a 60th celebration and everyone was so blown away. We felt so safe and comfortable the entire time. All of their suggestions were outstanding. Would absolutely recommend and am planning on coming back!

Gen is and Jorge were great hosts. They had set us up with Omar and his team. They took care of us. I would recommend this villa.

If you are able to book this incredible location, DO IT! Perfect location, beautiful outdoor space, wonderful interior design, EXACTLY what we needed for a relaxing and refreshing vacation. Mirko is a tremendous host! His recommendations were SO incredibly valuable and spot-on! We were so relieved to have such wonderful suggestions for activities and restaurants; not having to spend time researching on where to eat and what to do was PRICELESS. We can't thank Mirko enough!

Definitely a good stay. A large house w nice rooms and a great roof to hang out on. Cool walk up too. Neighborhood is a bit quiet and out of the way, but pretty peaceful if you have a car. Hot tub on the first floor is definitely nice to have but can have a slight chlorine smell. Goes away if you open the doors and get fresh air. Hosts were very responsive and helpful through it all.

The very best Airb&b experience to date! Tanya greeted me to a extremely clean place, we'll thought out, safe and private place. I loved the authentic Spanish kitchen and modest bathroom. And how thoughtful of her to provide everything you need to nourish yourself upon arrival and longer. The place is located within walking distance of Super Aki and other stores.Super Aki is a frequent meeting spot for many excursions. I would definitely recommend this spot.

Our stay at the Nahouse was absolutely amazing! The space was very peaceful and perfect for relaxing and disconnecting. We especially loved the natural pool and the jungle feel. The place was clean and spacious and the staff on site, Pascal, is very friendly and helpful. I would definitely return and highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a calm and comfortable stay in Tulum.

The place is really great and worth the price! Be aware, you should rent motorbike or VUS. The place is really far from the city, and the taxi are expansives.

We loved the airbnb and stayed in the pool. I do love how the master bedroom had its own separate side and how everyone had access to the pool from their side of the home.

This has been one of my favorite Airbnb’s we have stayed at so far! The place was clean and so nice! It was quiet and relaxing and extremely spacious!!! When we come back we will most certainly be booking this Airbnb again if it’s available!!!!

i enjoyed my stay here! the host was VERY nice & responsive. i had an issue with the AC on my first day & she had everything taken care of as soon as i reached out about my problem. i loved the ambiance of the loft & the property itself. the neighborhood is quiet at night which i appreciated during the times i slept & during the day it was a lot of places nearby to go grab food from. i will definitely be staying here again!

We ( my wife and daughter) were there from the 12th to the 16th of May 2025. It's a beautiful place with a small pool, 2 bed rooms, 2 bath, and 3 air cons. It's better to come in your car to this place as it would get better to visit all the places around. Shawn was always there to reply to the messages and I would highly recommend this place if you are visiting Tulum.

Things to note: The bed is not very comfortable The unit is right off the road, there is an extra door to lower volume from the street but you can still hear motorcycles drive by. Bring your own towels and an extra pillow if you can. Bring trash bags and anything you need to eat food. If there is any lightning the power will go out which in turn will make the water go out as well, as water is pumped by electricity. We were out of power and water the first night for about 8 hours which wasn’t too bad. Adora employees are very friendly and the place is beautiful to stay at, you would think the restaurant would be expensive and bad but it was the opposite. The quesadilla was wonderful and the guac was over flowing. Drinks are also about half the price you would pay in town. The location is good because it’s in the middle of hotel zone and downtown. The hosts always respond right away which is good. Overall we enjoyed our stay at Adora!

We had a really wonderful stay at this condo in Tulum. The space was clean, modern, and matched the photos perfectly. It was well-equipped with everything we needed, from a functional kitchen to reliable Wi-Fi and strong air conditioning—and a perfectly curated record selection which was such a nice addition. One of the best parts of the experience was how responsive the host was. Any time I had a question or needed help, they replied quickly and made sure everything was taken care of. That level of attentiveness really added peace of mind during my stay. The location was quiet and relaxing, yet still close to great restaurants and just a short drive to the beach. The pool was perfect! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Tulum, and I’d be happy to stay again!

We had a fantastic stay! The place was exceptionally clean and the complex was great. The location was good and we were able to conveniently bike around town wherever we wanted to go. Cris was so nice and helpful with organizing amenities for us! We had such a lovely time and would definitely stay again!

Amazing apartment with a private + rooftop pool!! I enjoyed getting up every morning and being surrounded by nature

I was staying there with my little Shih Tzu and we had a great two night stay! Walking distance to one of the best taco places of Tulum, and an amazing terrace overlooking the street which is honestly super spacy! Since it had a small desk, I was able to get some work done as well, everything is super functional and I would be happy to stay again! Host is great in communication, super accommodating.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay! The decor was tasteful and made the space feel very welcoming. I especially loved the privacy of the rooftop pool—it was such a relaxing and peaceful spot. Everything was very clean, and check-in and check-out were super easy. The surrounding nature is stunning, with trees all around and the calming sounds of animals at night, which made it feel like a true escape. The stargazing at night was incredible! I would definitely stay here again.

Excelente comunicación con Rodolfo, me ayudó a comprar e instalar unos pétalos de rosas para mi esposa a la llegada, atento a la mayoría de los mensajes. Central Park es muy confortable y se siente uno seguro, valor agregado el spa. Muy confortable la cama y limpias las sábanas. Sin duda se los recomiendo ampliamente. 😉

Our host went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and cared for throughout our stay. They were always available to answer any questions, offer fantastic local recommendations, and made sure every detail of our trip was smooth and stress free. It truly felt like staying with a friend who wanted us to experience the best of Tulum.

Had a wonderful time at Martin and Alan’s place. They were very communicative and provided a ton of helpful information, from checkin instructions, to things to do in tulum. The rooftop pool was an excellent way to get away from the heat. While you’re here, check out “Jungle Juice” just across the street for the best smoothies and crepes.

Great stay! Only downside was there were only two shower towels and had issues with the AC kicking off during the day and in the middle of the night… Easy access to everything you want to do in Tulum!
