Holiday rentals with a pool in Tulum

A truly perfect experience from beginning to end. I took my mom and a group of her friends here for a 60th celebration and everyone was so blown away. We felt so safe and comfortable the entire time. All of their suggestions were outstanding. Would absolutely recommend and am planning on coming back!

The boho elegance, handmade décor, and custom furniture created a warm and inviting atmosphere that made our stay truly special. The layout of the villa was perfect, with beautifully designed spaces for gathering and relaxing. The two structures—one housing the main living area and bedrooms, and the other offering private guest suites—provided both comfort and privacy. The pool area was a wonderful retreat, adding to the overall charm of the property. Beyond the incredible space, the communication was top tier. You were incredibly responsive and helpful, ensuring that any questions or concerns were quickly addressed. This was definitely a great experience overall, and we would absolutely recommend Villa Xochitl to anyone looking for a luxurious and peaceful stay in Aldea Zama. This might be the nicest place I’ve ever stayed in my life. It is even better than the pictures would have you think. Hosts were fantastic and helped schedule taxis and other activities for us for fair prices. The neighborhood is very safe, walkable day or night, and has great food.

We were a group of 11 family members that had a great time at the house. Secluded, peaceful and gorgeous modern minimalist architecture. Responsive host and easy to find. Would rent again without blinking.

Reed's place is a beautiful, peaceful spot in La Veleta not far from several lovely restaurants with outdoor dining. His home is spacious, with a private pool, pond with waterfall, and separate areas for the living area and bedrooms. There is a small convenience store across the street, but we would still recommend renting a car, ATV, or scooter to get around for more shopping options, go to the beach, or explore the nearby ruins. Overall, we would recommend Reed's place for those seeking a more secluded hideaway in which to relax and recharge. Thanks, Reed!

The very best Airb&b experience to date! Tanya greeted me to a extremely clean place, we'll thought out, safe and private place. I loved the authentic Spanish kitchen and modest bathroom. And how thoughtful of her to provide everything you need to nourish yourself upon arrival and longer. The place is located within walking distance of Super Aki and other stores.Super Aki is a frequent meeting spot for many excursions. I would definitely recommend this spot.

This place was absolutely stunning. The property was super relaxing and great stay. I will def come back. Owner super attentive and provided us with anything at any time.

Our stay at the Nahouse was absolutely amazing! The space was very peaceful and perfect for relaxing and disconnecting. We especially loved the natural pool and the jungle feel. The place was clean and spacious and the staff on site, Pascal, is very friendly and helpful. I would definitely return and highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a calm and comfortable stay in Tulum.

We enjoyed our brief stay at Ryan's place. It was very clean and looked just like the photos. The neighborhood is quiet and has great food options just a few steps from the apartment. The only thing to note is that given the main bedroom is on the top floor, it gets hot up there. The dedicated A/C unit upstairs did struggle to get the temperature below 80F / 27C. Not a huge issue, but something to be aware of if you prefer a cool bedroom. We'd gladly stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay! The decor was tasteful and made the space feel very welcoming. I especially loved the privacy of the rooftop pool—it was such a relaxing and peaceful spot. Everything was very clean, and check-in and check-out were super easy. The surrounding nature is stunning, with trees all around and the calming sounds of animals at night, which made it feel like a true escape. The stargazing at night was incredible! I would definitely stay here again.

The place had everything we needed which is exactly why we chose it. Honestly, it ranks in our top 3 best Airbnb experiences. We would’ve stayed longer if it hadn’t already been booked! The space is cozy. you’ll feel right at home. The bed is huge 😄 I loved waking up to the morning sun streaming through the windows and enjoying my coffee while journaling on the balcony. A great, peaceful experience overall.

I stayed at Oscar’s place and it was the best stay I ever had. He was so helpful from start to finish, even when it came to other things such as transportation, and birthday decorations. The place is very clean and pleasant to stay at. The maid comes everyday and is so kind too. It’s very safe, and in a perfect spot. Close to the center and 10-15 min from beach. Thank you so much for this perfect experience. I would recommend this place to everyone. it’s better than any other !

I had an incredible month-long stay at this Airbnb in Tulum’s La Veleta neighborhood. The area is filled with amazing restaurants, all within walking distance. I loved that I could explore the neighborhood entirely on foot—it's very safe and walk-friendly. The experience was everything I hoped for, and I’m already looking forward to coming back soon!

A little slice of paradise in Tulum. We were a family of 4 (2A and 2C aged 13 and 10) and we spent a week at Luis' apartment and we didn't want to leave. Comms leading up to the check in were superb with Miguel (brother) and he was an excellent host all round. If we had a query or issue he responded instantly. The property is in a quiet and secure upmarket area of Tulum and we felt incredibly safe at all times, and had a great night sleep in the most comfortable of beds. There are a few eateries within walking distance and a great little supermarket for all your needs. The space is bigger than it appears in the photos and the outdoor space was both shaded and sunny - you were spoilt for choice of where to sit with a glass of wine in the evenings. The shared space is clean and tidy and the lobby attendant very helpful (knowing a little Spanish goes a long way). It was a great base for our trip to learn more about Mayan culture and I'd not hesitate to return. Thank you!

This place was amazing! Everything was clean, and the pool was delightful. The ac units helped keep the rooms at a great temperature to sleep in, and the giant glass doors downstairs allowed for a nice indoor/outdoor feel, letting in plenty of light during the day! Lupita provided great excursions options to include a private driver from the Tulúm airport. I would highly recommend this air bnb. Close enough to downtown to walk if you want, but far enough away to be peaceful!

Lupita’s place was clean, well stocked and she is a responsive and proactive host. Everything was as listed plus she provided extra touches like drinking water for the week and a welcome gift. We appreciated the local restaurant and activity recommendations as well. I highly recommend this home. One note is that the area is newer and the roads all around are unpaved and are quite rough and hard to navigate. Google maps and a suv or similar vehicle are a must.
