Holiday rentals with a home theatre in Tulum Municipality

Un endroit idéal pour passer de magnifiques vacances! Le loft était d'une propreté irréprochable (A1), ce qui met tout de suite en confiance. L’emplacement est excellent, avec un service de sécurité 24/7 et une équipe attentionnée qui nous accompagne tout au long du séjour. Le propriétaire se distingue par sa rapidité à répondre et sa disponibilité — toujours une réponse claire et rapide, ce qui est très rassurant. Proche de tout, mais je recommande fortement de louer un vélo, une moto ou une voiture pour profiter pleinement de la région à votre rythme. Une expérience très agréable du début à la fin — je recommande cet endroit sans hésitation!

Day y Onyl’s apartment was absolutely breathtaking!!! It was perfect for our group of 3. The apartment was equipped with washer/dryer, 3 beds, 2 baths, 2 balconies and a beautiful living/dining room area. The wood furniture was a nice touch and felt incredibly authentic and unique. The communication was great and we were able to reach them quickly if we ever needed anything. The infinity rooftop pool and hot tubs were absolutely breathtaking. We spent much of our time at the apartment up here. It was serene and absolutely stunning. The only thing to consider is that it is about a 20 minute drive to the beach. There are bikes you can rent though as well. We look forward to coming back again!!!!

Apartment is in a well constructed complex with great pool, gym, safe and ample parking (including covered bicycle spots). The place is large and very clean. Host is very responsive and accommodating. I would definitely recommend. Note that construction did start right next to condo so there was that noise half way thru my stay (unfortunately unavoidable any where in Tulum right now) so would recommend checking on the status of that if it’s important to you.

Josè's place was easy to find, the directions and instructions were clear. The area is very walkable with a lot of very good restaurants, shops, a 7-11 (with alcohol), Oxxo's, hair/nail or massage within a 10 min walk. The beach is a 45 minute walk at least. I would recommend to rent a scooter, or take a taxi (can get expensive). The beds are very comfortable, the pools are great and the area is super safe. The Chedraui will deliver, ask about that. You can get 18L water jugs at the Oxxo downstairs, there is a pump for it in the unit but no charger for the pump (my Kobo charger fit). There is free laundry area on the main floor. Josè was quick to answer any questions and was very responsive and helpful. The bathrooms, linens and dishes were very clean. All in all I would recommend this place 5/5. Thank you Josè.

The place was new, and it’s close to shopping centers and restaurants. There’s great security 24/7. I highly recommend, and hope to book next time I come on vacation. The pool is great to relax. Hugo is accessible and was a very attentive host.

I paid for a massage at the location and the massage therapy was so talented making the experience very relaxing and restorative. the pool was also fantastic after a day of travel.

This a beautiful home. Matches everything shown with the photos. The hosts are very responsive and helpful. The home is around a developing neighborhood. During the weekdays, it will be loud construction noise starting in the early mornings. The roads surrounding the home are unpaved and muddy but that’s apart of being in Tulum, Mexico. Definitely recommend to others to book. Inside the gates is amazing, outside the gates factors are out of your control.

Nos gustó mucho la casa, íbamos 3 adultos y una bebé de 1 año, por lo que los espacios resultaron perfectos para nuestra estadía, todo limpio, los electrodomésticos necesarios para preparar nuestras comidas, la alberca muy agusto. El único pero que le pondría es que está anunciada que tiene 2 camas queen size y no lo son, son matrimoniales, por lo que batallamos un poco con el espacio teniendo una bebé. Ale y David, respondieron todas nuestras dudas, y muy amablemente nos dejaron hacer late check out por lo que estamos eternamente agradecidos ya que nuestro vuelo salia por la tarde. We really liked the house. We were three adults and a one-year-old baby, so the space was perfect for our stay. Everything was clean, we had the necessary appliances to prepare our meals, and the pool was very comfortable. The only negative I would say is that it's advertised as having two queen-size beds, but they aren't; they're double beds, so we struggled a bit with space with a baby. Ale and David ans

We stayed at the villa for a bachelorette trip, and had a great time. The pool area was lovely, we had a private chef come, and massages as well in the Airbnb. The villa was beautiful and comfortable for our group of 6 with spacious rooms, beds, and bathrooms. The host was extremely responsive to our questions both before and during our stay.

It was a wonderful vacation. Solitude with nature and complete relaxation 🥰

Great place great host , however it is located in region 15 for those that don’t know it’s quite an underdeveloped area in Tulum and hard to get to and move around in. But if you like being secluded in the jungle the place is great!

Me gustó la ubicación y la relación calidad precio

Le logement de Sofia était tout simplement parfait. Une propreté irréprochable. Un lieu calme et intime. Il y avait tout dans le logement pour plaire à une petite famille. Jeux, livres, écran géant, popcorn, etc. C'est un logement qui est très réconfortant, car nous avons eu une parfaite communication avec Sofia. Elle s'est occupée de réserver une voiture pour nous avec un prix très compétitif. Elle nous a donné plusieurs recommandations de lieux et de restaurants. C'était vraiment apprécié. Finalement, nous avons été en mesure de profiter du rooftop avec une piscine et un BBQ. Ce fût un moment très agréable, car le coucher de soleil était tout simplement magnifique. Un beau souper en famille et un coucher de soleil, c'est une soirée parfaite.

Condo à proximité de tout, restaurant, épiceries. Le complexe est super beau. L’hôte est très acceuillant et nous a acceuilli lorsque nous somme arrivé. Nous nous sommes vraiment senti en sécurité. Nous avons adoré notre séjour! Je conseille fortement :)

Beautiful, quiet surrounding. Easy access to the beach clubs which are approximately 2 miles away. 2 small stores nearby and a lovely cafe bar 4 blocks away. Close to downtown so you can explore the places they offer. I definitely would stay here again. It’s an electric code access which they have. Didn’t mind it. However, during check-in the battery was so low it wouldn’t work. They got back to us immediately and had someone change the battery. Love the rooftop pool access. So pleasant during a hot day.

Overall, my stay was good. The location was the absolute best part of it. Walkable area with local restaurants and not too far from downtown/ADO bus station (about 25 mins walking). The beach is a short drive away as well. The private pool wasn’t clean and I wasn’t able to use it. I made the host aware but I don’t think anyone came to clean it. There’s also a loud noise that I heard during the nights, I can’t really explain it but if you’re a light sleeper it would be disturbing.

El departamento cuenta con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de unas vacaciones. Nuestra estancia fue más que cómoda, la guia de recomendaciones fue muy buena todas las actividades y lugares excelente opciones para visitar. Del departamento es tal como en las fotografías muy acogedor y lindo el tiempo que pasamos aquí.

We had a great stay overall. The bed was very comfy! The rooftop pool was better in person. The blue light in the plunge pool did not come on and we couldn’t figure out how to make it light up, but everything else was lovely. Thank you for having us

Un lugar muy bonito y confortable, la piscina agradable vista preciosa; en el departamento disfrutamos mucho del jacuzzi; solo no había nada de artículos aunque Alex muy amablemente se ofreció a proveer de artículos ademas de darnos un excelente trato. Me volvería hospedar sin duda en este lugar.

Das AirBnB war perfekt! Sauber, gut gelegen, geräumig und perfekt eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sofort wie Zuhause gefühlt. Insbesondere die herausragende Kommunikation mit Arianny ist zu erwähnen!! Ich habe noch nie eine Gastgeberin erlebt, die so freundlich, hilfsbereit und engagiert war. Ihre Reaktionszeit war wahnsinnig schnell und stets hilfreich. Es war das beste AirBnB, in dem ich je war. Ich würde es immer weiterempfehlen!!
