Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

The thermal baths in Bad Aibling are very close and super beautiful! Afterwards you can eat deliciously in the Nikos Ouzerie (Bad Aibling) or in the pizzeria around the corner! From here you can start hiking and biking right away. The bike path is 1 minute away, the swimming pool 5 minutes' walk

Whether wellness in the thermal baths of Bad Aibling or Bad Endorf, whether hiking, cycling, skiing, excursions in the nearby surroundings or walks right outside our front door in beautiful nature, Karina and Andreas welcome you warmly!

Welcome to ♡ Bavaria, in the small village of Berbling. The first floor apartment is part of a former farm and can accommodate 4-5 people. For nature and culture lovers, Berbling is in the perfect location. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a small bathroom with bathtub and toilet, a large living area with fully equipped kitchen, dining area and seating in front of a cozy fireplace. Pets are also welcome as long as the animals behave :-)
