Ingericht door binnenhuisarchitect René Kemper ademt dit huisje de warmte van een boshut, met prachtige details van natuurlijke materialen. De heerlijke veranda vergroot de leefruimte, en het uitzicht is uniek. Direct naast het huisje geeft het hekje toegang tot bos en heide van de Drentsche Aa, een magische sfeer. Moin! Willkommen in Papenburg, dem Venedig Deutschlands. Unsere Ferienwohnung „Anni“ befindet sich im Papenburger Ortsteil Obenende, direkt am Kanal gelegen. Supermärkte, Restaurants und weitere Services sind im Umkreis von 1,5km gut erreichbar. Die ca. 50qm große Wohnung hat einen separaten Eingang und ist über eine Außentreppe erreichbar. Das Gebäude wurde im Jahr 2022 nach KfW 40+ Standard gebaut und ist somit technisch auf dem neuesten Stand (Fußbodenheizung, Be- und Entlüftungsanlage).
