Villa Poggio Martino is an old independent farmhouse with an area of about 600 square meters, divided into seven independent apartments. Each apartment has a living area, kitchen and one or more bedrooms and bathrooms. A barbecue is available, and there is a beautiful swimming pool in the garden. The panoramic location overlooking the hills of Montepulciano and the surrounding countryside create a serene atmosphere for our guests The Villa has been restored in perfect rural Tuscan style.

Il Poderone is a typical 19th-century Umbrian farmhouse built in local lake stone, renovated in keeping with the original spirit by the owner, Giuseppina, who lives in one of the apartments. The other apartments of the house are dedicated to guests, all equipped with kitchen/living room, bedrooms, and bathroom. It is located 50 meters from the beaches and 500 meters from the village of S. Feliciano, in a strategic position for visiting the most beautiful centers of Tuscany and Umbria.

The house is in a good location for country walks, wildlife, sun, and sightseeing. It's in a nature filled valley with easy routes to interesting places like Siena or smaller towns such as Montone. The house is desirable because of the location, the people, the ambiance, the outdoors space, and the neighborhood. This small place is good for couples and solo adventurers. Wi-fi access has recently been improved in the house.
