Our 2+1 house is the largest and most spacious of our 4 equipped single-story houses located side by side in a 2,610 m2 botanical garden. For guests arriving by plane, Dalaman-Marmaris is a 1.5-hour drive. Marmaris Orhaniye village is a 45-minute drive. We recommend that our guests come by private vehicle so that they can see more places and have convenient transportation. The world-famous Kızkumu beach is 5 minutes away by car. There are grocery stores on the beach. You can swim in the sea from many bays a short distance away. Datça is 1 hour and 30 minutes away.

Vetus Vicinato Home 2 offers a luxurious stay with its own street-level entrance and occupies the entire ground floor of the building. This brand-new residence features a spacious garden complete with an outdoor jacuzzi, sun beds, and a patio equipped with a dining area. Inside, the gleaming interior includes a living area seamlessly integrated with a kitchen and dining space. The home also boasts a bathroom fitted with a rainfall shower and a generously sized bedroom furnished with a queen bed.

In Casa di Luka, with two bedrooms and a saloon with an open kitchen you always feel the breeze and touch the sea. You may cook while staring at the sea or you may take a nap. The dream for nature lovers, with the sea at your feet. Located in a fishing village sheltered from the wind, in a romantic, discreet and peaceful setting. Each 25 m² cottage has its own 35 m² private terrace in an enclosed garden. Breakfast is included, prepared by the Chef of your choice, and served on your terrace facing the sea.
