Beachfront holiday rental in Turgutköy Köyü

We can say that it is a clean, sparkling, and hospitable family business. The rooms are exactly as you see in the photos. You can say that the location is in the middle of a great bay, so when you walk on both sides, you get tired at a minimum, you are on the beach with🤓 2 steps, the employees are friendly, they help with everything we ask and the conversations were very nice. We can say that we fell in love with Selimiye with the calm sea and the night stars. I feel very lucky to have met such a beautiful business. When we come to close the season, we will definitely stay in the same place again ❤️

Alkmini’s place was traditional and charming. We felt so at home. The location was the best in town we felt and such beautiful views the only thing that could beat the views were Alkmini’s father he welcomed us and suggested great places to eat and was super helpful.

Ms. Ayçıl and her uncle, Mr. Tuncay, were extremely kind, quality and caring people. They hosted us very nicely. Selimiye boat tour at sunset with their own boats was very enjoyable. Thanks for that as well. The location of the house was very nice, you go to the sea in ten steps. I think the sea is the most beautiful sea in the region. It is shallow and ideal for children.. It is much nicer to swim in the morning and evenings. It has a warm sea. It is a resort that has not lost its naturalness. You are vacationing in the village, but there is everything you need. We had a beautiful four days in a calm and peaceful environment where we enjoyed being with beautiful people we were happy to meet. Would recommend to anyone who wants to come.

Lolita's home has the most idyllic setting. So close to a beautifully secluded beach, with wonderful outdoor areas. You are forced to sit outside and admire the most beautiful views. From the most wonderful collection at the Port [by boat] from the kindest and most personal host, till collection and drop off, your time will be spent in the most wonderful, and capable hands. Ms. Esra is extremely meticulous, tidy, her communication skills are extremely strong, the house is sparkling clean. She gave advice on everything, we had a hard time leaving the house. It was one of our most memorable holidays. I'm sure we'll see you again soon ♥️

Wow what a spot! If you are looking for something comfortable and compact but with the most amazing views - then this is your place. It was perfect for our needs, secure, comfortable as well as having not only a little balcony but a beautiful roof terrace to relax on. It really is the most wonderful spot and I spent many hours just watching the boats coming in and the people walking along the front….. the most fantastic place if you enjoy people watching. It also was super convenient as very close to where the ferry from Rhodes dropped you off and also close to all the fabulous restaurants, water taxis, et cetera.

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful waterfront Airbnb! The home was spotless, spacious, and perfectly located with easy access to all the fun spots in Marmaris. The view was stunning, and the peaceful vibe made it hard to leave. Our host, Ismail, was amazing — so kind, helpful, and super responsive to all our questions. He truly went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. He also guided us throughout our stay, making the whole experience even better than we imagined. You truly can’t find better than this in all of Marmaris. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting!

The Anchor House was an absolutely beautiful home.A gem in Symi. It was a most relaxing stay ,the bedroom so tasteful and the bed so comfortable.The living space so well appointed with different areas to relax in,in either shade or sun all with stunning views. The location is superb,near fabulous restaurants and a minute away from a little beach.Jeanie our host was simply amazing.Nothing was too much.She served the most beautiful breakfast in the morning and then with such enthusiasm helped with suggesting what we could do each day,from telling us about all the beaches,the times of boats and buses and suggesting restaurants and kindly reserving a table for us. We could not recommend the Anchor house more.

Michale’s was a great host and worked over time to help us through some scheduling issues. Villas was beautiful and away from the hustle and bustle of the down town. Nice to get away from the touristy areas and enjoy the beach.

The Anchor House has to be the best place you could ever wish for on Symi. the prices are brilliant for what you get. We have been to Symi many times over the years but the location, high standards of finish and amazing hospitality is outstanding. The rooms have high ceilings, sea views and super cool. Shutters open or closed you wake up feeling like you are on the Mamamia set. The design of the property is very good indeed, as there are many chill-out locations in the shade or in the sun throughout the day, and the views are breathtaking and two choices - sea or one of the prettiest harbours in the area. You are out of the hustle and bustle of town at The Anchor House....it's a really nice walk to start your day heading to a taxi boat to a remote beach on the island or a romantic walk home after supper Symi town has only one beach and you are located right at it so morning swims before the beach gets busy is achievable at 8am....that's then followed by a warm shower and a breakfast prepared for you by Janine who does such a brilliant freshly squeezed juice. As you can tell we like Symi but this is a new level all together. Happy Holidays!

We spent a family vacation with our 13-year-old daughter and our 16-year-old son at François and Dominique's. Without exaggeration, the house is one of the most beautiful, tasteful and comfortable that we have come to know on Symi (we have already stayed in five other accommodations). The quiet but very central location overlooking the harbor, the beautiful seating and relaxation options around the house, the amenities, the layout of the rooms, the many retreat options - no wish was left unfulfilled! The house is very stylishly decorated, you can reach it directly from the marina via a staircase - the ascent takes less than five minutes: perfect location! Special recommendation: the footpath to the next bay Nimborio, which starts from the house… fantastic! The homeowners and a very attentive contact person on site were always available and provided us with many tips. Absolute recommendation, we will be back!

This was the second time we returned to Villa Jasmine with as much pleasure as ever. The place is superb, quiet and with stunning views. Pedi Bay offers authentic charm and is different from the port of Symi. Thanks to Carolina, Adriana and Nicholas for their kindness and attention.

I looked at many places to stay in Marmaris, first of all, I'm glad I chose Selimiye. I loved it more than drinking from a very sweet place. We stayed in the left house. The first house at the entrance to Selimiye with a swinging swing in the huge garden garden. It's an old stone house. We used the beach of the hotel in front of it to swim in. At check-in, your host informed us about the Selimiya and gave us directions. I think it would be more enjoyable to come as a crowd and take both sides. I did not experience any negativity during my stay, I recommend

This stay was fantastic, the perfect place to stay in Pedi. Communication was great, and being offered a ride to the apartment from the ferry port was very handy. The place was clean, peaceful, as described, and had everything you need, everything has been thought out very well. Very handy to have a washing machine and ironing board. The sun loungers were great for sitting outside. You can walk to two local beaches, and it's also very convenient for the local store, cafe, restaurant, and the bus stop. We got the bus to the Secret Garden restaurant and walked back - fabulous food and cocktails. There are very cute local cats of course as well! We put water out for them which they seemed to appreciate. The temperature in early October was very nice. We rented electric bikes which was great for getting to Ano Symi and beyond. Amazing views from the hill into the main town, especially at sunset. We enjoyed our stay so much, and were sad to leave! Very much hope we can visit again.

Amazing host and amazing view! Ioannis’s was very helpful, greeted me off the ferry even though it’s less than 10 min walk, waiting with a taxi!! This was so well appreciated with the heat! Had a supply of water, bottle of wine and Symi biscuits waiting on arrival. The terrace and view with this apartment is 10/10. The apartment itself on the inside is basic but has all the amenities you need and was spotless. Aircon was so good. The location was perfect for me as I enjoyed that it was out of the main town hustle and bustle but close enough to walk in 10 mins. This is not a tranquil setting lots of ferries horns and motorbikes whizzing by so if this kinda noise bothers you then avoid but I was fine with it. WiFi was a bit in and out. My only other criticism and is minor is the shower is a bit awkward with the shower curtain and angle you either get water all over the floor or you get stuck to the curtain. Ioannis’s is available whenever you need and extremely friendly and helpful.

Villa Penelope surpassed all our expectations, the welcome from Zoi and the beautiful location was perfect. The accommodation was perfect and the location and simplicity was just what we wanted .

This wasn’t just a beautiful oceanfront place to vacation but an experience of Greek life and culture. Michael and his wife Fotini create for their guests a five star experience that I would rate as one of the most unique, memorable and valued experiences I have had on Air B and B. The property is a free standing house that sits in front of Michael and Fotini’s home. It consists of two ample updated waterfront bedrooms with views, one bathroom, a kitchen and dining area. The house sits directly waterfront with only an infrequently used pedestrian path (mainly used by goats) separating you from your private lounging area on the bay with umbrella and cushions on comfortable sun beds. There is also a table waterfront as well as on the porch were Fotini delights in cooking homemade entrees that are available to order off a menu at extra cost. Drinks are also available. I recommend everything she cooks! Being served warmly and lovingly at your private vacation home is a level of luxury not usually found at this price point. But that and transport on Michael’s boat (at extra reasonable charge) is not only wonderful but helps greatly as the home is not adjacent to any street or near a grocery. It is possible to walk to one local restaurant and public beach area over a small section of rocky beach, but Michael helps you get your luggage and any groceries you want to the house by boat, easily. (If you can carry your bag easily rather than use luggage wheels you can also carry it to the property.) What might seem like inconvenience is actually more convenient and romantic and the reason why the property is so beautiful and peaceful. My father and I enjoyed our stay in this natural and quiet area and mixed it with trips into the main town and evening nightlife. If you choose to rent a car rent a very small one and you’ll have an easier time getting it close to the property due to narrow but very picturesque Greek streets. This area is now my favorite on the island. I will never forget a moonlight boat ride with Michael to Simi town and back, a lovely dinner (this time with them both too because we loved their company) at his waterfront, and the last day when Michael invited me to a local “name day” celebration at a Monastery. They also have an adorable Labrador dog Nireas, who will greet you outside with tenderness and much welcome. One last thought: the sun rises over the sea in front of this house. On a day when the water is very still and glassy your heart will rejoice!

This accommodation is a gem. Amazing location right at the water in beautiful Pedi. The tradition of the building has been beautifully maintained so it is quirky and authentic. Spectacular views. Had a pre-breakfast swim every morning. Easy access to water taxis to other beaches. We enjoyed going to Symi port on foot or by bus but loved coming back to the peace of Pedi, which has everything one needs by way local supermarkets and restaurants. We absolutely loved our stay and look forward to returning.
