Our 2 bedroom apartment with 1 bathroom, kitchen, spacius living room with couch and dining table, A/C, and spacius patio is located just around 100 meters from Lake Bled (swimming area). It's located in very peaceful area. It has it's own entrance and is located in our house (so we're always nearby to help). We're a family of 5 and will be happy to host you. Sustainability: We produce more energy than we use. Tourism tax (3,13 for adults per day, 1,56 for children above 7) is not included.

For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. The Chalet is situated in Carinthia in 1875 meters at the beautiful Falkertsee. The house has four exceptional bedrooms with 12 beds. The location is perfect for hiking or skiing in winter. We have a small fitness library and 4 TV`s for rainy days. The brandnew Outdoor Sauna with panorama view and the 50sq. gym with own shower and toilet. Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

It is ideal during the time of coronavirus pandemics since it enables a lot of fun even when contacts with other people should be avoided.
