Despite the initial difficulties we had a wonderful stay. Riff is a generous host, and easy to communicate with, problems were promptly addressed and quickly solved. The place itself is magical, the emptiness of the village that others found spooky actually was uplifting for us, and the quietness and the beauty of the mountains offered perfect immersion and winding down. The house is lovely and cosy, the upper store is a child’s dream - my son enjoyed it immensely. We are regulars to the area, know the neighboring ski-resort very well and beside skiing we enjoyed the local cuisine very much, or sometimes just grabbed a pizza from the village down in the valley. We had a family weekend at the chalet. We didn't miss anything, GREAT. Fast shopping after arrival - nearest supermarket 5-10 min away. Kitchen is well equipped and is equipped with all appliances (oven, micro, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, ...). The chalet itself is simple but nicely decorated. The view, the hammer! In the chalet you are on your own and can simply enjoy the time well.

Historic chalet - with Swiss pine sauna and hot tub

The cabin is beautifully and modernly furnished without losing its rustic charm. Highlights include, of course, the hot tube and the sauna with fantastic views. There was almost nothing missing in terms of amenities. There are enough towels of different sizes and the kitchen and bathrooms were already equipped with standard consumables.( Shampoo, aluminum foil, baking paper, garbage bags, etc. and even spices) Kerstin's communication was quick and straightforward by phone, even though they were on vacation themselves. When we arrived, the tiled stove was already heated, the small wine shelf filled with a selection of good wines and a schnappy meal was on the table to welcome you. All in all, a nice holiday despite the bad weather. I'd love to come back.

I can fully recommend the place. I was looking for some peace and quiet and you definitely have it here - incl. Splashing of a stream and a few animals living on the farm. The accommodation is located in the courtyard of the hosts and everything you need or could need is there (fully equipped kitchen, even spices are there, for example, the bathroom with washing machine and bathtub). Otherwise, it is worth mentioning that the bed is really very comfortable - I rarely sleep as well away from home as at home, but that was the case here. Everything was very well maintained and clean. I lacked nothing, the hosts are always available if you need anything or have questions. And even if the accommodation is on the same property as the host, you are "on your own".

We had a wonderful stay at this modern and beautiful lodge. The space is clean, spacious, and truly spotless. Everything worked perfectly, and the kitchen was impressively well equipped – it had everything we needed and more. Peter was a fantastic host – very responsive, helpful, friendly, and incredibly accommodating. We especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and thoughtful design throughout the home. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and high-quality stay!
