At the ground floor there is a large kitchen and living room with a chimney and sofabed; upstairsr there are a double bedroom and one with 2 single bed, an antechamber, a balcony, the bathroom. The beach it overlooks is one of the most beautiful and unspoiled in the area, characterized by pebbles and gravel. The seabed is almost entirely made up of very fine sand (but this could change depending on the storm surges). In short, a true beach house!!!
