Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Tuscan Archipelago

It was a very beautiful appartment, well equiped and super close to the beach. Make sure to bring some oil/balsamic, salt/pepper and some cloths and cleaning soap if you are planning to use the kitchen. Unfortunately there was nothing and we had to buy everything. There are a couple of appartments in the house (two storey). We thought according to the pictures that we get a groundfloor one. To our surprise it was the top one with a smaler balcony. Otherwise everything was great!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Scarlino and will definitely be back again. The hospitality, the apartment, the atmosphere, the view… everything was just fantastic. Our two dog also had a great time :)

A real little corner of paradise, a charming village where silence and tranquility reign. Eugenio and Marianna are very hospitable, exquisite people, pleasant conversations from which you can see the passion they put into everything they do. Their dinner, served in the vineyard overlooking the sunset and the valley, was exquisite in every course. A pleasant surprise was the breakfast kindly offered, as well as the visit to the relaxation corner with an infinity pool and whirlpool, surrounded by greenery with a view of the woods for the exclusive use of the guests of the structure, which is currently opening. We will definitely return to enjoy another stay in complete relaxation.

we found something we loved including the dogs. Absolutely perfect for a short stay, but also recommended for a longer vacation. Fun fact, there is its own underground parking - great. Fun fact2, there is a private entrance gate (car) incl. Code. We recommend the location!

Claudia’s place was beautiful, well equipped and in a fantastic location. Piombino itself is a lovely township with lots to offer. Would definitely recommend staying at Claudia’s apartment, it was excellent.

Nice walk to rocky cove beach 8’; swimming pool (part of nearby club) 2’ away (voucher for discount & swim hats supplied by Franca); we walked into old town daily for atmosphere and shopping. Coffee and restaurants abound. Franca’s home is like walking into one’s grandparents home; with great new kitchen and fridge and washing machine - all very useful … Piombino was a pleasant surprise for us, as we like ‘local’ swimming spots and safe parking for the hire car. Off street boom gate - reserved car park.

Great location, so much so that we never used the car in a week. House without air conditioning but not too hot. Small apartment but very suitable for a couple even with 1/2 children thanks above all to the large outdoor area very useful especially for meals.

Apartment away from the road, very quiet, well equipped. The cooking gas had run out and they intervened in 15 minutes from the call. Fair price, lots of availability from the owner, person we found exquisite. Such a central location that we did not use the car from arrival to departure! 200 meters from the apartment begins a pine forest that accompanies you throughout the village of Marina di Cecina and up to 10 km of free beaches with paths totally in the shade of the pine forest, you are never in the sun as you walk… Unique, never seen before, highly recommended for families with children! The perfect vacation!

Absolutely great place, very relaxing, great people, and the best place if you have a dog

We stayed 2 weeks at this property with the whole family (2 adults and 3 children). We had a great time: the 2 hosts Stefano and Christian are always kind, present and available; top pool; well-maintained and functional accommodation; not far from the sea (10/20 min by car depending on the beach chosen); villages of Campiglia maritime very characteristic and with good culinary offer; close to very nice areas like Bolgheri; never suffered from the heat because in a well ventilated area and surrounded by greenery! Recommended!

The accommodation is ideal for larger groups of up to 12 people. The pool and the house are great and the large property also offers plenty of parking. There is air conditioning in each room. Everything is very clean and new. The kitchen is also well equipped. We had a great time!

We had a very nice vacation with our kids and the dogs. The house has everything you need and is very quiet about 10 minutes from the beach (by foot). Dogs are allowed on a leash on the beach. The house has everything needed and even more. We spent the hot days on the shaded terrace overlooking the sea. Thanks u so much!

We stayed for a couple of nights in this centrally located apartment in Piombino, taking advantage of its convenience for a hike to the nearby island of Montecristo. The size of the listing is real and fully reflects the description. The apartment is cozy and well-stocked, with everything you need: oil, salt, coffee, toilet paper, scottex. The bathroom was clean and tidy. Parking was easy and the landlady, Daisy, was kind and helpful. A great solution for those looking for convenience and comfort in the area.

We stayed at the beautiful resort "Casa Conti di Sotto" and the experience was really beautiful. The beauty of the surrounding environment is simply enchanting. Our stay was very pleasant and the kids had so much fun in the pools and playgrounds. The staff was very kind and helpful. We'd book it again right away! from start to finish, a great stay! very warm and informative reception, everything well prepared and easy communication. the apartment itself fits exactly with description, the outdoor area is even more beautiful than in the photos. We loved the sun islands and loungers:-) the view of the sea of Castiglione della Pescaia is just as fantastic. We will be happy to come back. definitely pack: mosquito spray, you just need it in the region.

We loved our stay! The property is exactly as described and the location couldn’t be beat. Andrea was very accommodating and responsive. We had one small issue and he was quick to respond and helped us get it resolved. The quality of the finishings in the space and the view make it the perfect peaceful retreat. I could not recommend this listing enough!
