It takes its name from the magnificent, restored oil mill, which is set into a marble base that has been embedded in the floor for over a century. It will be an experience of relaxation and greenery, of sunsets over the sea on the horizon, amidst timeless architecture and a minimalist approach to space. Casa Pineta is submerged in umbrella pinewood trees in front of the beautiful sandy beach of Marina di Campo. The centre of the village is in walking distance while a 1min path in the woods will get you under your umbrella by the sea! Casa Pineta è immersa in un bosco di pini marittimi di fronte alla bellissima spiaggia di sabbia di Marina di Campo. Il centro del paese dista pochi minuti a piedi mentre 50 passi nella pineta priva di auto vi porteranno sotto il vostro ombrellone in riva al mare!

The Casa del Capitano is located on the top of Monte Grosso in the National park of the tuscan archipelago. The location is unique on the island and from here you have a fantastic view of the city of Portoferraio, Piombino, Corsica, Capraia and Gorgona. The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Here you use purely the energy of the sun, without having to renounce luxury.

This picturesque village is in the heart of the most stunning area of Tuscan Maremma, in a privileged position, 300 meters height above sea level, only few kilometres far from the sea and from the Tuscan archipelago, which you can see from the house windows.

Il Frantoio - Charming Loft in the old town

This elegant and spacious Loft “Il Frantoio”, with a living area of 160 m², is located in the old town of the medieval village Radicondoli. The open space kitchen and livingroom area is designed to give a high comfort and reminds us the ancient function of this bluilding that was the oil mill of the comunity. The Loft was recently completly restored with a high focus on comfort and best quality materials.

Relax and recharge in this oasis of calm and elegance. Immersed in the nature of the Tuscan countryside, a short distance from the sea. The area is ideal for visiting Tuscany and tasting wines in the famous wineries not far away. It is also possible to practice excursions by bike and mountain bike with dedicated routes. On request we offer bike shelter, washing and maintenance.

Nestled on a panoramic hill and located just 3.8 km from the historic city of Volterra, Podere Casalino is easily accessible via a paved road and has private parking onsite. This traditional Tuscan farmhouse is set in the Volterra countryside, and was completely restored and preserved 25 years ago and updated again in late 2024. A new kitchen has been installed in Spring 2025.
